Gregar828 Building request: Its there because we cannot allow people to make anything they want out of the blue. Announcements: They contain announcements from previous RP, which could relate to current RP. These will be put back, either by myself or the next crew member to see it.
...she will be staying on top of things and there was nothing to stop people from making their own threads anyways... since clearly they did it constantly. Robin has said she will keep an eye on things, and personally I think that should be enough.

You know what, do whatever you want. I'm not going to try to better the village, I am simply just going to rp and that's it, I'm not going to give my input and I'm just not going to care. I'm here as a favor to Mibu and frankly, I'm starting to understand more and more why he quit in the first place. Do whatever you want with the village, I don't care. Also if you wanna delete any threads I made because they're not good enough then feel free to do so as well.

And she wasn't kidding about those threads...she deleted them.

I did. I was gonna delete more, but wanted to see if she was serious about leaving first. Seems she is, so theres no use leaving up posts to a (now) pointless fight. And I'm sorry, but no matter how good of an RPer you are, if you cant handle criticism, you can never be a truly great RPer. And frankly, she handled this criticism very poorly. Yes, I know I'm blunt, and I do look at every tiny thing in minute detail, but I never have a bad reason or harmful intentions for it. She seemed to think I did, therefore, she quit. I even tried to ask why, and she told me to stop messaging her since she sent the reason to lance. If she wants to quit, thats her own buisness. Its too bad she quit, but her reason for doing so makes me believe that if it wasnt now, it wouldve been sometime in the near future.

While I do agree that she shouldn't be here if she didn't want to be here, I think you need to take something away from this too Gregar.
You can't micro-manage the Kages so that they have no freedom to run their villages the way they want to. the more variability we have in the villages, the more flare and uniqueness they have. I can see why you would want certain threads, but if a Kage doesn't feel there is a need for them, then let them deal with it themselves in their own way. I've created ALL of my TUP villages with the EXACT same threads, but I wouldn't be up in arms of a responsible Kage walked in and wanted to re-arrange things a bit.
Maybe she would have left later on, as it seems she would have, but the fact of the matter is people DID NOT make it a friendly visit for her. It speaks very poorly to how new people are treated with suspicion and criticism. She was doing a good job reorganizing Konoha... you should have just left her alone.

If I may add...Robin was met with a lot of...I guess I could say controversy when she came into the guild. I mean there's an argument in the Leaf Chat with Storm that she had simply because she was trying to present herself as Kage when Lance approved her. So I don't think this 'pointless' fight was the reason she quit but simply the droplet that tipped over the glass. And now activity in Konoha is going to be practically nonexistent for the time being until another Hokage is chosen, and that's not an easy process.

Hey now, she and I PM'd a bit back and forth and settled everything between us. It was settled and there were no further problems, we were even starting to work together. So it must be something else that pushed her over the edge... might have been the fact she didn't know anyone of us, doubt it, but a whole bunch of new people telling an experienced RPer what to do will probably have a negative effect.

I haven't even started being Kage and already its become much too stressful. Besides, I'm sure that the majority of the crew would prefer finding someone else so good luck to all of you and once more I apoligize This was posted in the leaf chatroom and that's her reason for quitting right there

But I do have an honest question, since we don't have a Hokage... at all anymore. I was wondering, since it doesn't seem anyone is going to be willing (or skilled if they are willing) to make the jump to Kage position. Could I use my 2nd rpc to temporarily fill the position while you guys continue to search?
My main character has been waiting for a reply, and it's rather old not roleplaying until they get back from doing god knows what. So while I wait, my main wouldn't move or do anything like being in a temporary cryo. While my "kage" will appear, and disappear as needed. And say my main suddenly can RP again, he'll be leaving the village so it wouldn't be a problem anyway. rofl

Augoeides I was reading through the jutsu list and I noticed the Sound village jutsy/Sensory jutsu. I know I am not of Sound (which is not open as I understand it) but if I were to make a custom-Sound justu, would one need to take 'Sound' as an element?
