"Y-your mother!?" Now he knew why he was tougher than most angels "I do not know where the deomns would be coming from though..." He knew he and Lenair would be more than a match against the demons "We have too hurry, they havent sent any yet I believe..."
PostPosted: Tue Jul 04, 2006 12:03 am

((He said he was in another room... @_@ So yeah, I thought I'd made a blunder, or something. But oh well. ^-^; ))

"Chrono," she maundered, finally discovering the youth's name. All right... so my assumptions were correct. "Well, it's nice to finally know his name." A gentle smile appeared upon her pale face; Kuro seemed to trust this boy, though they'd had a skirmish some time before. Well, that's nice. Chrono probably had a change of heart. At his final utterance, in her direction, she released a bit of nervous laughter. "All right, I'm hurrying," she amended, before making a small dash from his bedside, and out of the room altogether. Upon leaving, she paused a few feet from the room's entrance, as though a mist of quandary had settled upon her mind. Hmm... now, where to find a blood bag... "Oh, I wonder if one of the nurses will offer one to me, willingly," she murmured, before turning to her right. She spotted an unfamiliar nurse, waltzing in her direction. Her sapphire eyes shined with hope as she approached her, her azure locks blowing past her face.

"Miss," she inquired, catching the woman's attention as she gazed openly at the angelic hybrid.

"Yes," she answered, adjusting a pair of glasses along the bridge of her nose.

"Um... well, I need your help."

"All right, with what, dear?"

"Well, you see, my companion, Kuro, is in need of assistance."

"Oh, what's wrong with him," the nurse queried with a worried expression upon her face.

"Well, he needs a blood bag."

Lenair gazed a bit apprehensively at the nurse as a look of partial doubt shined through the woman's eyeglasses. Well, I'd better explain the situation, just a bit... at least before she becomes too skeptical.

"So," the nurse continued, eyeing the girl with apparent dubiety, "why does you friend need a blood bag?"

"Well, he's a vampirish hybrid. He's in need of blood so that he won't suffer from thirst, I suppose."

"Oh, I see. Well, personally, you're not authorized to receive a blood bag, without assistance from hospital personnel, at least."

"I know, Miss," Lenair responded, with a slightly forlorn expression.

The nurse detected the sadness within the girl's eyes, and sighed to herself, rushing a steady hand over her doubtful guise. It was something about the girl's sincerity that really got to her; also, she didn't enjoy making visitors and/or patients unhappy.

"So," the nurse began once more, "I'll get you a blood bag, since I'm said authorized personnel."

"Really," Lenair queried, joy brimming within her sapphire orbs.

"Yes, I will," the nurse groaned to some extent, before fishing for her I.D. card within her vest pocket.

"Oh, thank you," Lenair exclaimed, before latching onto the woman with a whole-hearted embrace.

"Heh, yes... you're very welcome," the nurse replied, waiting for the girl to release her.

Eventually, Lenair unraveled her pale arms from the woman's waist. Her cheeks were partially flushed as she simpered in slight embarrassment. Well, at least I've succeeded. She observed the woman as she lifted her I.D. card from her pocket; its plastic form gleamed beneath the halogen lights. The nursed grinned to herself before motioning to Lenair. The nurse began walking down the hallway, with Lenair perambulating not too far behind her. The gentle clacks of the nurse's dress shoes echoed throughout the pasty hallway; Lenair's slippers barely made a sound as they glided across the tiled floor. They passed about twenty patients' rooms before reaching a solid metal door, which had a single, rectangular window. A platinum placard rested above the door, stating "Blood Bank Room."

"Well, we're here," the nurse announced, before readying her I.D. card as she ran it against a crimson scanner.

A light beep chimed in recognition as the metal door slid to the side, providing entrance for the nurse, at least.

"You're welcome to come inside," the nurse began, "but I warn, it's very cold."

"Oh, all right," Lenair responded, gazing expectantly toward the woman.

The nurse shrugged as she sauntered inside the room, Lenair following closely behind. The chamber was chilly, as a freezing mist swam about the premises. There were shelves, labeled according to blood type; white containers, consisting of blood bag, rested along each shelf, emanating an ice cold mist. As the nurse neared one of the first shelves, she turned to see Lenair, freezing as she embraced herself.

"Told you so," the nurse muttered beneath her breath, sighing as she grasped one of the white containers.

"So," she continued, "does your friend need any particular blood?"

"N-n-no... not that I know of," Lenair replied, shivering as she approached the nurse.

She observed as the woman plucked a single bag from the pile of blood bags within the container. It was labeled "Blood Type A," though she doubted that Kuro was in need of a specific variation. With the task completed, the nurse eventually led Lenair from the room. The metal door closed soundly behind them as the nurse scanned her card once more, signifying her leave from the chamber. They began their departure, with the blood bag within the nurse's right palm. She walked with well-deserved authority as Lenair followed behind her, feeling glad for the room's level temperature. Ah... I'm glad to have left that place. Hmm... I guess my curiosity had gotten the best of me. Lenair giggled lightly to herself at the thought, though she did draw a bit of uneeded attention. The nurse rose a brow in question, looking at her as she slowed her pace. Lenair fell to abrupt silence, gazing at the woman in an embarrassed manner as she continued her steady walk.

Before long, the pair stood before Kuro's room; they both paused as the nursed handed the cool blood bag to Lenair, a small grin on her face.

"Well, I hope that you'll be able to help your friend," the nurse remarked, before turning swiftly on her heel.

"I have a bit of work to do, so I can't stay and chat," she reasoned as she made her graceful departure in the opposite direction.

"All right, Miss," Lenair called out, as a grateful smile effloresced upon her wan face.

"Thank you!" Lenair exclaimed, with gratitude apparent within her tone.

She waited until the woman disappeared along the corner, before heading into Kuro's room. She hurried to his bedside, slippers nearly sliding across the tiled floor. She slowed to a lighter pace as she soon stood beside his hospital bed; a blithe smile rested upon her wane guise. "Kuro," she spoke, as she held the blood bag within both of her hands. "Heh, here's the blood bag that I fetched for you," she later spoke, holding it above his gauze-covered torso.

"Thank you..."Kuro said taking the bag from Lenair gratefully. He noticed a few small goosebumps on Lenair and that she seemed slightly more pale despite her warm expression. He unhesitatnly took her hands in his and felt how cold they were."You went into the blood room didn't you?"He asked knowing the answer. He kept her hands in his letting the warmth of his hands raise the temperature of her's.He then released her hands picking the blood bag up again and draining it quickly with a simple piercing from his fangs.

"Chrono...Get the book and prepare a few things for the ritual...I can sense the aura of demons coming from the place we fought...Our clashing energies may have ripped the fabric of this realm enough to help them break through...If you would cut the star of the wiccan into the earth and place an altar of light in the center I should be able to seal both the demons and the book away for good...It should take one day to prepare evrything so go now...Here's the altar..."Kuro said raising his hand and causing a light as air altar to appear near his bed."Bring it to the area and carve the star around it...I'll arrive tomorrow to deal with it...Until then...Train and take care of yourself..."He said then snapped teleporting Chrono near the lake.

Minoru limped into the hostpital, blood dripping from his mouth. He had to come here because he had passed his chi level, and was not used to this kind of power. He had overdone it on a spell that he had used in a training session with a droid. His skin was also scrathed on his stomach.

"I need some....help..please...." He said as he fell onto the floor and made a loud thump.

Fayth woke up to hearing the thrumming of the nurse android that was attending to her. She tried raising her head but the pain was too much. Then Fayth remembered why she was in so much pain. She had been deafeated by Bijou in the arena. "How long have I been out..?" Fayth wondered. After a few moments the nurse had came back with looked like pills.

"Here are your pills Miss Valkeese. Take these two painkillers with some water and you should be good as new." With that she left.

"Ok I'll just take these.." Fayth endured the pain and raised her head and took the pills.

(this is a double character post, so it'll stay black))

Max and Bijou crept towards Fayth's room. She looked tired. "It's only been a few hours," said Max. "Are you OK?" he asked. She was looking better, and the healing at Ria was the top anywhere on Earth. Not something that would take days to heal a wound like Fayth's. Bijou sighed. It was a pity that the fight was so... easy. It started out a little difficult, but when Fayth hadn't done anything to help herself free from the Ice Prison... that's what really confused Bijou. "I hope you get better..." she said. She sat down on a chair and waited. Max did the same.

After about an hour Fayth heard people come into her room. She opened her eyes to see that it was Max and Bijou. "Oh hi guys. I'm feeling a lot better now the nurse said i would be able to leave in a few minutes. Fayth decided to sit up now since she was no longer in any pain.

"So Max is there any place you have in mind that we can head to now?" Fayth said finally standing up.
PostPosted: Mon Jul 10, 2006 8:21 pm

"Too be honest... not really" he said. "The tour is over, I guess. So if you want to go on your way, you can. I'm gonna go on my way too... and Bijou, I don't care where you go." he said. Bijou perked up at the sound of her name. "Eh? I'll stay with you, Max. I don't want to be on my own just yet..." she said. She looked at Fayth and waited for an answer. She looked much better.

((continued from the north courtyard))

Erika stopped for a moment, even if Kamaria's guy didn'y way too much. This guy here was typical in the sense that wieghed the normal weight for a guy. Takking a few moments to glance at the sacr on his back she noted that the bleeding was conitnueing to pour form his back. She had hoped it was only a flesh wound, but it seemed to be deeper form the way it was gushing out.

Sighing she raised him a bit before leveling him in her shoulder once again. He was slipping from her grasp. Guess the blood loss was getting to him. Scrunching her nose she had no free hand to open the door. And Kamaria was focusing purely on carrying the other guy through. At least her mind had rested. Stretching out her thought she reached out and pushed the door open.

"Come on you...lets get you fixed up"

She gave him a soft smileBefore pulling him through the doors and keeping it open for Kamaria and her guy.

*************

Marcus felt quite bad, she was having to use her own power to carry him. If only his arms hadn't seized he could have gotten to his feet quite easily. But here he was relying on her for help. It seemed that after this she was going to have give her mind quite the bit of rest.

Looking down he continued to ignore tha pain in his body as he spoke quietly to Kamaria.

"Im very sorry to be doing this to you...really i am"

Marcus never was one for enjoying inflcting pain on tohers, especialy if it wa to help himself. He just felt it was very selfish.

((Sorry crap post))
PostPosted: Tue Jul 11, 2006 12:07 pm

Kamaria's mind had its limitations and although so far she had been OK as they neared the hospital doors her mind began to ache. She didnt let it show and merely smiled in return to the winged boy's whisper...

"Consider this my sorry, I'm afraid i was all to eager to jump into battle..."

As the door opened before them She glanced at Erika to see how she was
holding up having to virtually drag the china boy to the hospital, As Erika walked in first she could already hear the commotion of the nurses scolding them. Typical, just wait until they saw the damage on this guy...Sighing she quickly followed into the hospital and was immediately
greeted by a scolding from several nurses, trying to concentrate with an
already aching mind was not helping and the air jolted, she quickly and shakily placed the winged boy down on one of those daft , stiff white
hospital beds that smelt like disinfectant; the ones with wheels... Blinking she began to feel dizzy, but other than her sudden need to blink it was unnoticeable....She felt a hand clasp around her other arm and a nurse began to speak "Come on now, lets get that arm cleaned up..."

"I am not a 6 year old child. So dont speak to me like one..."

the nurse looked startled t her sudden abruptness but Kamaria didnt budge and so the nurse in the and dedicated to go and fetch the stuff to clean the wound where she was stood. She looked over to see how the other were doing...

***

Dewei was feeling weak, very weak his back was still bleeding the cut was deeper inside but thin on the outside making it deceiving. he had hobbled most of the way to the hospital but nearing the end Erika had virtually had to drag him... She had done well to manage to help him for that long; he wasn't that light, he had a lot of muscle from his childhood training...

He sighed as he was barricaded with scoldings about how stupid he had been to acquire such and injury and how it would scar, he really wasn't that interested as she collapsed onto the floor only a little in form the door way...

Midou Ban walked up to the hospital. Looking up at the sign brought back flash backs of his friend...the one he killed. It wasn't his fault though...he was going mad. If he hadn't have killed him, he would've destroyed Ginji, his best friend....

Back to reality he thought. He walked over to the benches that rested outside as he sat down on them.
PostPosted: Tue Jul 11, 2006 12:27 pm

Marcus flinched, damn these nurses were practicaly taking clumps out of him. He had been to the hospital before with a seized wing, but it had never been this bad before. Plus they had always told him to be very careful, he was a hybrid and couldn't help the flaws in his genetics.

The nurse he got was very rough, in fact she didn't seem to pleased to be seeing him at all as she stood there with ehr arms folded across her rather plump body. A very dark scowl written across her face.

"Marcus Sye! I told you to be careful, i told about..."

He had just baout enough eh could take of this constant babying. God they were there to heal and help, not lecture. He knew why he was in pain and was taking the pain as it came because he knew it was self inflicted. Erupting with pain and nager, his burnt deep into her gaze and voie became very demonic as it gasped through the pain.

"Quit treating me like im some god damn kid! I know what is wrong, so shut the hell up!"

He had never erupted like that before, he was usualy quite the gentleman and very light hearted. But being here with the scent of toxics, dis-infectants and the constant chatter of the nurses bugged him and made him irritable.

Turning his gaze to Kamaria, he could tell she wasn't having it easy either. Sighing he looked towards another nurse who seemed friendlier and waved for her to come and take over. Nodding she rushed over and started to treat his wings.

*************

Erikas' eyes widened as she felt him fall to the ground. Underneath his wait she too felt her knees buckle and slump to the ground, hitting her leg against the plain white wall of the hospital. Shutting her eyes she started to lift him once again, this time she flung him onto her back, and glared at the nurses who were yelling loudly at them both.

"If you don't hurry and take me and this boy to a room to get healed...I sware i'll make your lives hell"

Gulping the little nurses, trainees no less, paniced and automaticaly ran to get a bed for him.. Erika felt herself hunch and gasp from his weight. She was scared to move incase of falling again. When they arrived she quickly placed him on the bed and collapsed next to him. He was out from bloodloss and she was panting from pain.

"ugh...i think i've pulled a muscle"

Kamaria flinched as another nurse tried to drag her off. she scowled and her telekinetics automatically repulsed the nurse. Kamaria stepped forward slightly as her balance faltered...

"Ugh, just bloody ask. What have i told you about dragging me about?..."

Kamaria spent a lot of time here in the hospital; she got into a lot of fights. she wasn't rash she was just a little tempermental...She watched as Marcus voice suddenly turned demonic; so thats why he had both sides of the powers. Celestial and Demonic...Interesting...

"Kamaria Mimir will you please take a seat so we can tend to your wound..." the nurse continued to go one about how Kamaria never did as she was told and how she helped keep the nurses busy most if not all of the time...Kamaria just sighed and sat down as asked waiting to be treated and tyring to not go all dizzy again...

"Erika, you ok?..."

Her voice was filled with some signs of concerned although it sounded pretty tense...

***

Dewei had felt Erika drop him on the bed face first so his back didnt get any more injured. One of the nurses had moved his head to the side so he could breath...He began to falter, blood loss was getting to him, it always did after a while...then a name rang in his ears; Kamaria Mimir...

He remembered tyring to murmur something that sounded vaguely like 'Sister' but he didnt have chance as he began to black out, the last thing he recalled seeing was Erika sat on the floor saying something about a muscle...
PostPosted: Tue Jul 11, 2006 1:20 pm

Erika blinked at the sounds of her name, with concern as well. She looked from where she sat at Dewei side and smiled softly to her. She was perhaps the least hurt. A pulled muscle she could deal with and backlash cut she could handle. After all she was full demon and cuts always healed quick on her.

"Yeah. Yourself?"

It was then a nurse came up to her, gently propping her up with pillows as she tended to the little wound on her shoulder. Flinching she pulled away from the gauze and solution. She could feel a hiss escape her mouth as she glared at the nurse.

"Thanks, but his wound is fine...but what about pulled muscles!"

It wasn't a question so much as it was a command to check her side. It was throbbing like crazy and there was nothing much she could unless they had pills for it, which they probable weren't too keen on giving her. Erika had a bit of reptuation forkeeping the pills they used to ease her migraines from constantly switching from telekentics to metal manipulation.

***********

One nurse wasn't taking Marcus' attidue and without hesitation she plunged a needle into his forearm with a sleeping solution. This caused him to let out a rather low growl. But his arms and wings were practicaly frozen so he couldn't do much except shout and sware.

"What the hell? Who do you think you are..."

He could feel himself blinking, his eyelids becoming very heavy and his body become limp. Damn it was the fast acting stuff as well. He fell onto the bed, face first so they could examin his wings, his breathing becoming very heavy and broken.

After ward the nurse sighed, as if she had the right to pity him and mutter.

"Poor half breed. Wouldn't have happened if he just listened"

Shrugging her shoulders she motioned to the other nurses to gether him. He was going to need an x-ray. The damage was to deep to see with the eye alone.

"Ok, lets get him ready for the x-ray"

"I'm OK..."

Kamaria smiled, but she soon began to snarl as they seemed ti inject Marcus (who she know knew the name of) and make him sleep...she stood up ignoring the nurse who had just sat down beside her in the attempt to treat her...she quickly paced over to the nurses her eyes showing serious hatred...

"Do that again and I'll feed you enough of that stuff to make you sleep permanently; hurt him or any of them and you wont just be eating anaesthetic..."

The Nurses looked purely startled. Kamaria felt so guilty for doing all that damage, weather or not that damage had been there before or not she didnt know. but she was making it perfectly clear she was going to clear her own mess up...

She went at sat back down leaving the nurse gobsmacked at being threatened....the other nurse looked at Kamaria for a short while before deciding to tend to the wound and not comment, she just gave her that disappointed look...

"Your not my family you dont have the right to look at me like that..."

The nurses didnt speak but just continued to treat the wound with antiseptic solution. Kamaria didnt even flinch, inside she did but on the outside she didnt. the nurse began to wind a gauze dressing around the shoulder room. Standing up she left Kamaria sat with a white gauze dressing on her upper shoulder that was already began to be tinted red...

***

Dewei had already passed out so he didnt complain as the anaesthetic was injected. Nor did he seem to even move. Two nurses began to push him away to another x-ray room to check for damage to his spinal column...

They returned shortly after pushing the totally unconscious Dewei into another room, were they began to tend to the inside of his wound, to make sure it would hell properly and remove bits of splintered wood and metal...
