 Markus listened to the work load he was to receive and his ears folded back. At least it was better than being sent out ot kill at night.... Markus looked back at his sister and sighed. He would rather be worked than see his sister abused. "I accept..." Markus said standing up and walked to the front of the cage. Now that he was standing he stood at a great highth of 6 ft 10 inches. His body was lean and was that of a warrior. His body was covered in pail fading scars. The trible markings on his arms didn't look like tattoos the looked like he was born with them. His eyes were that of burning blue flames. Markus looked into Kami's eyes, "But what will you be doing with my sister...?" He asked looking down at the human.

Everything that I am, I have forged myself into Kami turned back to the wolves again, and smiled, pleasantly enough. "Good choice. Oh, don't flatten your ears that way. It's unbecoming. Besides, you're a sturdy, well-built lad. It won't be any trouble for you. As for your sister..." Kami paused, pondering. After several moments of this, he shrugged "I won't be doing anything with her, necessarily. Although I might teach her ikebana..." he seemed to like that thought, getting a dreamy look in his eyes. "Yes, that would be nice. Well, as it were, she is free to do as she pleases, as long as she stays on my land and follows my rules. As I said, I will not force your companion... ah, your sister, is it? Well, I won't be forcing a mere girl to do the work of a slave, as I said before. Now if you will excuse me..." Kami turned to find the shop keep. He didn't appear to be occupied any longer and so he called out,
"Oi, shop keep! If I may borrow you, for a moment?"You stand before me

(Ok i'm glad i got that figured out.)  "What did I tell you? The name is Markus and I surpase you in age so don't be calling me lad or boy!" he growled and bared his fangs. "And what by chance is an ikebana?" Markus didn't like that look in his eyes and watched him walk away.Jay looked over at Kami and walked over. "Of course Sir. How can I help you?" He asked looking at Kami and bowed his head. Jay glanced at Markus and his brow jumped in surprise that this man would want such a hot tempered wolf.

That said, although he couldn't help but be slightly (okay, very) amused by the wolfs reaction, he turned back to the shopkeep "Ah, yes. How much for the two wolves? Markus and his sister?" He asked, reaching into the folds of his kimono to retrieve his money pouch. "I'll be purchasing the both of them from you."

Persephone had taken a while to come to her senses after being cut off from her plants. Now she wrapped herself in her vines and flowers, holding them close to herself. I hadn't hurt anyone, he shouldn't have done that to me... Taking deep breaths she took in everything that was going on. He knew ikebana? She smiled and created a lovely arrangement of flowers in her hand and chuckled. "Such an enjoyable pass time, that." She said smiling to no one in particular, glad to have the ability once more without the collar. Little did the man buying the wolves know, Persephone would be able to grow more rice or alfalfa than he would know what to do with in mere moments. She sighed, a bit sad she wouldn't be going home to the open spaces he spoke of owning.

 Jade stopped pacing when she noticed a flashe of green in the corner of her vision. She turned and saw that Perseshone and her cage were once again covered in vegetation. She slowly crossed her cage and went to sit in front of her, as close as she could anyway.
"I'm sorry," she whispered. "I didn't mean to get you in trouble."

Persephone glanced over at Jade, "Don't worry about it." She smelled her flowers, "The way of the Black Rose frowns on holding grudges." She says light heartedly.

"The way of the what?" Jade ask, after a pause, not understanding this phrase.
'Flowers had ways?' she thought to herself. 'Cat and dogs can walk on two feet, and flowers have ways. Maybe I'm not so crazy.' She giggled at the last part of her private joke. None of this should have surprised her, with everything she's seen and done, but regardless it amused her.

Persephone nodded while turning to face her. She placed down her bunch of flowers and created a single black rose, "Its a philosophy, a way of life." She showed Jade the rose, "I learned a lot in my time just studying plants, such as how to survive no matter what is thrown at me." She stroked the petals, "A rose is soft, yet it has thorns to protect itself for an example."

"Oh, I see," Jade said, nodding in understandment. She studied the rose, nicer than any she had seen before, and breathed in the devine scent surrounding it.
"It's pretty." She said with a sigh. "I wish I could make something pretty."
