Mae aproached the captian quietly, after silently appearing near the bow. "Sir, I appolgize for my unexplained disaperance, but I think it's best if it remain so. For everyone's sake." He added a quick bow and then walked over to the railing to watch the waves for a few moments.

He smiled as she darted from left to right and he just stopped in his tracks watching her moves with a grin, what was she goingto do. He would analyse her every move so he was ready for a quick defend and then attack.

She could sence that Raven was watching every move she made. Fine with her. She attacked from the left, trying to find out if this side was Raven's weakest. From what she had seen, he mostly held the sword in his right hand, so his left side would be weaker than his right. There was only one way to find out. Attack. She swung her sword towards him, being alert, and ready to gather all information she could get about her opponant.

He had watched her the entire time, her eyes and her movements. He smiled as he knew she was going to attack left as soon as she made the slightest move to attack and he grinned. He just immediately spun around backwards, keeping the sword in both hands and meeting the blow with force then immediately aftarwards he backflipped and sent his sword in a vertical slash as he did, it it hit it would only rip the material on her shirt but was not garentied.

Mae spun around and jumped up on the rail. He was curious about the battle, he had faith in his student, but wondered about Raven's eye. Either way it was a good fight.

((Let's see if I have understood your last post right. sweatdrop ))
She didnt mind the rip on her shirt. She was more consentrated on the fight than on what her clothes might look like after. She continued going after Raven, trying to get some upperhand on him. It was tough, since he was a very good swordsman, and a student of Mae's, she hadnt expected anything else. Her goal of this training was to remember the old moves, which had made her almost invisible amongst the fighters in her home country, and to get Raven on his knees. The later one would be more difficult than the first, and she had trouble concentrating because of the damage she might do to the ship if she became to violent.

He watched her with a smiled, the whole fight he had slowly moved from here to there watching her and he continued to do so, not giving her his full attention he looked at his surroundings instead and he smiled. He ran to hir right and jumped, kicking off of the top of a barrel so it would give momentum to him as he flew upwards into the riggings. He looked down on her with a grin. He looked for an answer of what to do next. He just jumped out of the riggings like he was going to do a slash down upon her but instead at the last moment he changed his hand positioning on the sword and whne he hit the deck the sword hit first, stabbed in and he swung forwards and let go of it, flying forwards towards her, feet first. (Keep in mind I am not flying a ong distance towards you lol, I am only like a meter and a half away)

She just watched Raven's moves, now understanding that he was just playing with her, and she had to use all her power to be able to get her swordsmanship right. Luckly enough she knew what to do when it came to close combat. As she saw him "jumping" towards her, feet first, she jumped right up, bended away from the attack, was on the defence with her sword, kicking him so that he would land a few feet away.

"Good." He said with a smile. "But you should have done one more thing." He stated walking slowly around her. He then just grabbed the hilt of his sword. "Taken this." He said with a laugh. He took in a deep breath and closed his eyes. He nodded to her with no eyesight what so ever. "Come." He said with a grin.

She wasnt to happy about Raven closing his eyes, but that didnt mean she was going to hold back, or was thinking about giving up already. "If that's the way you want it than fine. I suspect that you can see something with that new eye of yours even if it is a new one. There is just one thing you might want to know. We elves are used to darkness. Since the dawn of time, we have hunted in the dark. Let's fight fair, shall we? If you cant see anything, so will I not see anything either." She closed her eyes as well, waiting for what was coming next.

He shook his head. "Open your eyes." It is the same as before, I am giving you advantage liek this, my other eye can see nothing, it is nought but a bunch of bullets made into a circle. But my sences are trained highly, it is not only sight that you can use to judge your opponents stratedgy and wherabouts." He said. "You must learn to rain every sence that you have Now, open your eyes and attack." He said with a smile, keeping his eyes closed.

Pygmi watched Mae walk on, she turned back to scratch. "It's odd, I never thought I'd worry at all about Mae, and yet, I seem to be worrying about him the most lately. I actually remember how I first met him, he was so energetic back then...." She grinned. "I remember how I met you as well, funny how time flies huh."

She didnt like the sound of how Raven said. She knew how to use other sences than her eyes to see the whereabouts of her enemies. If she hadnt been able to do that, she would have been dead a long time ago, but she calmed down, and didn as Raven told her, and attacked him with eyes open.

He smiled and listened to everything. It wasn't good, he had made her angry.or maybe just slightly irritated with what he had said. He could tell, people fight worse when angred or irritated. His thoughts distracted him and for the breifest moment he wasn't paying attention, that breif moment costed him. The sword raked across his right arm and his eyes flashed open. The wound was bleeding no doubt but he was fine, he didn't even flinch, just looked down at it and tisked himself. "Dynamo....a tip for you....never try to think about other things when you have your eyes cosed in a fight." He said with a laugh. He shook his head and he closed his eyes again, I got to try this again." He walked around her, crossing his feet infont then behind as he did, going in a circle and paying close attention. He smiled as h sent just a very weak and small diagonal cut at her, just to keep her alert.
