Carlos heard a thud as he opened the door. Thinking he may have hit Aurora as she was about to leave, he stood still a moment, before peeking through the crack of the opened door. Noticing she was at a table, he sighed, opened the door and went through. "Are you alright Aurora?" He asked carefully, hoping not to make her run like Maxine had.

Maxine sighed as she walked toward Aurora after spotting her, "Aurora, you ok? I...I didn't mean to upset you earlier. But sometimes dreams cannot be helped. The dreams could mean nothing."
She tried to think of the positive instead of the negative.

Carlos begun to become genuinely worried about Aurora. Yesterday he had to pry alittle, he would admit, to find out what was wrong. Today, she would just admit it. It seemed unlike her, but he wasn't to judge. He headed over and pulled up a seperate chair near her, wishing to comfort her, but with little to say to do so.
He paused a moment, forming words in his lips and mind, before beginning to speak.
"It's about Shadow isn't it?" He asked calmly, pausing before deciding his next route. "Neither of you will die, I promise you. I swear to you on my life it won't happen." He turned his head away, embracing the words he chose, thinking of the consequences before throwing them out to sea. She called him family, it was time he acted somewhat like it.

Carlos held back a sigh. 'Once again, I've screwed it up it seems.' He thought to himself, exhausted so soon after waking. Exhaustion was no excuse for being inpolite however. He was intruding in their lives after all, and he hadn't even introduced himself to one of them.
"I'm sorry if I offended you earlier." He begun, turning to face Maxine. "I meant no offence, I just wanted to help. I'm Carlos Naito, and new around here clearly."
Carlos stopped dead at the end of his sentence, blanking his mind, unable and unwilling to think of continuing. He'd caused damage, everyone knew you couldn't reverse damage, only repair.

aurora looked at maxine smiling "yeah.. nothing to worry.." she said lieing again but didnt want to getting worryied too "now.. what should we do then.. i have no idea" she said thinking...

Shadow woke from a fairly uneventful sleep. He took a look around and noticed that Aurora was already up and about and decided that it was about time he did the same thing. Witht hat he stood and streched, his back was a little sore from sleeping in the chair. Shadow showered, dressed in his usual attire and called for a servant to watch over his daughter while he was gone. Once the servant had arived Shadow left the room and walked towards the dinning room.

Bewildered, Carlos quickly threw his seat aside to catch her as she fell, clumbisly tripping his leg up in the process but managing to balance himself out. "I hope you don't want what's here for the moment." He said, shunting the contents of the table off so he could rest Maxine down upon it in what he could think of being an emergency position. "Aurora, try and get some help, I'll watch over your friend." Carlos instructed her, taking no time for plesentries.
