Seph nodded waving the greens around in front of Chobi and Anabelle "Well its fortunate that I am trying my best to be very family friendly at the dragon festival for a change" she smirked putting the food out in front of them" so they could eat while she slipped away. "So, what would you call a traditional dragon festival dish in the lands of Agralia? I usually just wander wherever come festival time?" she asked peeking inside.

Hebal giggled hopping alongside Zadina probably a big fancy present that we couldn't match in a million years. Probably really expensive. Maybe another pet or your own airship or maybe hes saving that for when your a grown up but the possibilities are endless"

Alpha cleared his throat guessing he would have to be the one to interrupt the moment "Im sure he will but, we need to go back to the airship as soon as we can if we are to get to Yithra before nightfall for the main festives"

Amane tilted her head "Surely there wouldn't be any noble duties while at the festival because everyone is relaxing and taking time out but ok mr Alpha Just let us say good bye first" she sighed turning to Runide. "sorry but we're gonna have to fly away now. But it's really been nice to meet you and thanks for showing us round. We'll write to you"

Runide let out a surprised meow not having expected the hug from Amane that followed "Sure writing is good but it was easy enough showing you around. Easier to entertain other kids and I had fun" she sadly replied glancing over Amane's shoulder at Zadina "Come visit again some time so we can play again"

Enkidu licked his lips at the word of rabbits "Sure rabbits are basically a staple of his diet it seems since they are easy to hunt without me helping him" he said pausing to stretch and pet Enkidu "Been a few times Enkidu has angered things substantially bigger than him while hunting and I've had to help out but it should be nice" he said happily nodding in agreement with Satoshi "Sure Mari seems to be a decent cook so it's not all bad, just hope all the good food lately hasn't made me soft to my own cooking on the road" he chuckled.

Oassu chuckled "I doubt they'll be more willing to have a pet around once the little prince is born I mean surely that'd just be a bit more dangerous for the little guy if he ever got scratched by a cat or dog though I'll be ok without pets thanks, never really got much of the appeal of them" he said shaking his head and shivering "Are we any closer to the outpost yet?" he grumbled knowing they still probably had a ways to go since they lacked horses.

Itaka scratched his chin "Well big birds like cockatrice are typically had there, we don't really have the luxury of dragons like the Gria like to eat on but it's tasty enough" he said not wanting to mention they sometimes ate chocobos as well "Still come on lets get inside" he said gesturing for her to follow.

Zadina nodded giving Runide a nice pet "Going to miss you but hopefully we'll see you again sometime and yes we will write, now you behave yourself while we're gone" he said half-teasingly as he waved goodbye to Runide before they headed away to the ship.

Nares shook her head "we're not going to the outpost. Figured I would cut out a few bends and come out the forest at the back right door into the palace. Would save us a bit of time walking and gets Corella to where she needs to be. Getting tired already? Wouldn't make a good ranger if a little nature walking does this to you" she teased.

Felina placed an arm around Oassu seeing him shiver "You could have just told me that the spell was wearing off dear. It's a pity you're not staying longer because you do eventually get used to the low temperatures and this isn't too bad a winter for Yithra.

Satoshi shook her head "Oh I doubt that. You've not been travelling with us that long and even then... well once or twice you probably had Seph's cooking which is probably the same level as yours being a fellow traveller unqualified in cooking and all"

Yuki's smile widened glad the rabbits were appreciated and took a moment to cheerfully explain to Ikara that his addition to the meal had been appreciated. "Well that's the meal nice and easy for all of us but would you rather have the meal in the afternoon or the evening? We're fully flexible as to what we can do today. But not sure about you two."

Seph smiled and thanked one passer by who complimented her on her costume "Ha apparently I for in well enough even if not dressed as a dragon" she remarked avoiding suggesting the person at the table they passed was stupid. "Seriously though dragon doesn't even taste very nice. It's definitely not worth the hours of taking off all the scales just to get at the meat beneath. A lot of the scales aren't even valuable either" she added taking the seat furthest away from the entrance.

Amane hesitated but slowly nodded her head at Zadina "Yes I know and I look forward to that bit as well. Just not used to goodbyes like that when you live in such a closed community where few people travel. Though I am sure if we put a good word in we could get you in the village no problem if you smile and look cute."

Alpha snickered at this guessing that meant the kids didn't mind too much about the extra person "Oh sure smile and look cute can pretty much get you in anywhere or at least distract people enough to get past them. Besides might be other chances to see the circus again if Mu plans on staying with it. But I think you'll like Yithra if you don't mind the snow which will probably melt under my feet anyway"

Oassu grumbled something about Nares "Well least some of the sunlight is coming through" he said sighing as the heat spell fell across them "I hope we wouldn't miss the fireworks for this meet'n'greet thing" he said knowing it would take some time to get to the flowers.

Oassu smiled "Sure, Hitomi's little sister was really putting her heart into being a dragon you should have seen her" he said watching some un-costumed parents accompanying the younger kids. "Still I'm not too bothered whether we win or not it has been satisfying just participating." he said happily

Itaka smirked "Like they know" he said glancing at the foolish person "Well if you say so but it's rare right? People will eat anything if it's valuable and special in some way, there's enough dumb rich cults about eating dragon in an attempt to obtain their longevity" he chuckled pulling a menu close to him before flipping it open.

Zadina nodded slowing down to pat Amane on the shoulder "You'll need to get more used to it, once you leave for your pilgrimage you'll be saying goodbyes to people all the time and travelling everywhere" he said somewhat solemnly before hopping along and brightening up "Well that's nice knowing I could get in again, should hope we've proven we are friendly enough to your village anyway" he said.

Felina shook her head I doubt it, we could always just show up early say a polite hi, grab a few bits of food and take off. Not like they can stop us really and if we run late theres always float spells to get over the crowds. Or we could try and sneak up onto the palace roof" she quietly whispered as an alternative.

Hayate scratched his chin listening to Oassu's mumblings. "You're forgetting one very basic thing. Pretty much everyone in the city will want to see the fireworks so you will get to see them regardless of location though I will bet you will have more than enough time to get there" he assured him

Yuki snickered "The one with the tiny head and massive tail? Yeah pretty much everyone knows about that. she does the same thing every year only the head gets slightly bigger each year. Going to be a right little leader when she's older in whatever she ends up doing"

Satoshi nodded "Yep some things never change over many years. Though you might not an award but I personally kind of like having my own mini cabinet full of small trophies for my costumes. Its like how I get recognition for my work in its own small way" she admitted.

Seph paused making a sudden decision on what to eat "Not for a while at least since our total number is a mystery to the world but guess so. Will just have to be weary of anyone who comes running at us with a giant fork. I hear some people use them as weapons" she joked placing the menu to one side. "Pretty good menu and I know what I want and maybe we can subtly hint to Mari to start learning to cook more Agralian style dishes"

Amane smiled petting Merric having almost forgotten he had been there for a short period of time "Morning you sleepy head" she greeted the bird. "Maybe a little walk will do him some good. Poor think probably smelled like chicken to Runide"

Alpha chuckled "probably Jeckhart would have probably smelled appealing somewhat too in different circumstances. That young demon clearly hasn't matured enough yet to show a good amount of restraint and birds are in their natural diet. Still theres worse little habits to have. Three out of four of my kids used to cough and sneeze fireballs everywhere."

Oassu shrugged "I guess I can understand why she'd be bothered about it, though she certainly holds power of nearly everyone else." he said rolling his eyes at some of the royal worries "Yeah and I certainly wouldn't mind seeing what nice presents I get in exchange" he added quietly in response to Felina grinning happily at the thought.

Gil shook his dragon head "She never mentioned something, didn't know she was such a favourite. It's a shame you are so dedicated to art you could easily make a fortune in dresswork and fashion shows with all your talent" he chuckled giving her a little nudge "Not that your artwork isn't impressive but you definitely have more passion for painting than sewing." he said

Itaka nodded quietly to himself as he consulted the menu as a waiter arrived before ordering behemoth steak and a local beer before returning his attention to Seph "Sure, some folks would though I think that's a little dumb but it's basically just a trident with more metal after all and those are legit weapons" he sighed letting himself relax slightly and slouch in the chair "Though I'm not sure Mari would really care for it, she can cook but it's hardly a passion of hers I doubt she's interested in learning anymore" he shrugged.

Jeckhart nodded "It was certainly slightly uncomfortable the other day the way she behaved around me though I imagine that would be terribly costly, one fire demon in the clan had the same trouble and it cost her a house" he said groaning at the thought of a fire demon child.

Zadina giggled "Well I bet your kids were fun enough though houses can be burnt down anyway, when I was at the magic academy I would always hear stories about the other boys and girls trying magic out at home and burning the rug or freezing their parents in the bath for a joke" he said shaking his head "Such bad behaviour really" he said placing Merric down with his little leash for a tiny bit of exercise on the way back.
