"Right. Let's do that." The young couple left the vehicle and wandered into the town in search of the weapons shop. At last they came across it, since it was not hard to find. The two walked inside and looked around for the weapon of their choice. Suijin went straight for the staffs, picking up each one off the wall to see which one would be best for her. She brought down a silver metal staff, feeling how it weighed and tried a simple technique with it. "It's lighter than my other staff but this'll do." Suijin then went to the counter and paid the shopkeeper for the staff. "The staff I left at home would be more effective..." she sighed. She then turned to Shiro, "Did you find anything?"

Shiro followed Suijin through town, eager to get out and about and especially eager for getting some new weapons. He loved his metal knuckles that was for sure, but they were as basic as you got and it was time for a bit of upgrading. He wouldn't get rid of his knuckles though, they were his first real pair and he was attatched to them, but for a dangerous mission with people willing to kill them on sight he was gonna need something with more bite. A staff might be a good buy as well, but he really liked the one he had at home and they didn't have time to be shopping around all day. As soon as they got into the shop, he shot for the knuckles section, trying on a few. There were some good ones, and some expensive ones, but after trying on several he found a pair that fit nicely. A pair of Cat Claws, almost more of a glove than knuckles that fir over his fists, three large sharp lightly curved blades coming out on each one, sharp all around and perfect for ripping through with powerful punches. he quickly joined Suijin, paying for them after she paid for the staff. "I know what you mean, the one I got back home has great heft to it. Heh heh, but these should let me pierce through some armor more easily. Together we'll be alright sweetie." He said grinning as he put the claws away and scooped up the red eyed girl in his arms and kissed her, in a rather good mood almost forgetting why they were buying weapons. "Heehee, where to next?"

"Shiro!" Suijin giggled, not exactly rejecting his sudden kiss. "We are a good team, aren't we?"
The young couple had no time to be silly, however. They had things to do. They went to a restaurant connected to a hotel in the town to eat and left for the train station. They then found out that the trains weren't running, and were told that they might start running the next day. 'That is good, we should probably get some rest...' Suijin thought to herself.
The two walked up to a higher level nearby. The bridge they stood was dimly lit by lampposts that lined the rock railing, and the stars shone over them. It was a bit romantic really, although they shouldn't be thinking of romance at this time, but... well, they did have the night to themselves. Suijin set her staff down and leaned against the railing, looking at the sky and taking in the cool night air, her shoulder length silver hair moved gently in place. Suijin took a glance at Shiro and smiled. Putting any serious thoughts in her head aside, she felt she should appreciate this moment. And as she looked at Shiro under the light of the moon, she couldn't think of anyone better to be with right then.

"Heh heh, the best." He said simply, grinning as he put her down again. Leaving the weapons store and heading to the restaurant was perfect, having not eaten at the hotel before meant he was really hungry, and it was a pleasant meal with Suijin. Yami still wasn't anywhere to be seen, so he was probably still sleeping, and they went to the station to check on the trains, Suijin really had this all figured out so Shiro just followed happily. Unfortunately the train wasn't running at the moment, and they would be stuck for a night. Shiro was ready to get into the action and bring the fight to the enemy, and was feeling a bit down as they walked along to a bridge. Hands in his pockets he looked around kind of pouting, but looked up to see Suijin looking at him. Leaning against the railing in the moonlight and the dim lampposts, she looked so very cute...more than normal. He forgot about not getting to fight right away and just smiled. It was a pretty nice night after all, maybe it wasn't so bad hanging around for a bit. He walked up to her, leaning against the railing right next to her, placing his hands next to hers as he cozied up to her, kissing her lightly and smiling. "...It's a nice night eh? Romantic."

"Romantic? Yes..." Suijin blushed a little, "I suppose it is." She then looked around. The town was quiet, only a few people besides them were out walking around. Was Yami still sleeping? Was he going to sleep in the vehicle cab all night? Suijin snickered at her own thought...some people can sleep anywhere anytime.
Ah, Suijin just realized she got lost in her thoughts and remembered where she was. She looked down at their joining hands and back up at Shiro. She lovingly gazed over his forehead, eyes, down his nose and then to his lips. Has she ever kissed him first? It seems like Shiro was always the one to make the first move. Perhaps she should give it a try. She could feel butterflies fluttering inside her stomach as she bit her bottom lip. Her hands slipped away from his, and her arms were then wrapped around Shiro's neck. Suijin brought herself closer to him and their lips met in a sensual kiss.

Shiro had never been one to focus. Even now as he stood there, watching the view from the bridge and looking back at Suijin, his mind wandered. Random thoughts, food, weapons, where he left his favorite pair of socks, etc. He was wishing he'd brought them on the trip, they were lucky. What the man wouldn't do for a bit of luck right now, but alas only the sacred wool of those socks did the trick. And where was their shadow friend anyway? Still asleep? Or maybe he went on ahead of them! He did say he was gonna head this one on his own after all. But no the train wasn't running. Maybe...he was hiding in their shadow like he was before! Shiro peered at his shadow behind him cautiously, it couldn't be trusted anymore. But as he looked back at Suijin, he eyed her curiously, it seemed something was on her mind. What was she thinking? He didn't have time to ponder any more though, as her hands slipped from his and before he knew it his attention was brought right back to her, where it should have been all along. He was completely thrown off by her actions, she'd never done this before. All he could do was kiss her, which wasn't a problem at all. A moonlit kiss on a bridge, if there had been fireworks in the background this would be a romance movie cliche, and Shiro simply wrapped his arms around her waist in response, kissing her back with all the passion he felt at that moment.
