Heh. I would do juuuuuust fine there. I eat a lot of dairy, and fried foods do not scare me! My heart, sure. My arteries, definitely. But me? Nah! xd

Well, it is a quick and efficient way of cooking . . . not as healthy as others, but in a country that has to be effective, economy beats health in many cases, ne?

The thing about cities with a good amount of street vendors (of which, if I'm not mistaken, there are plenty in Osaka) is that people are more inclined to walk. Thus, you get a bit of exercise after a nice fried meal.
