((Neh, neh, did you reply to my last PM last night or not? =o ))

The pale boy made no sign of surprise as the other joined in and his playing did not once falter. The full song was quite a long one - so long, in fact, that he felt it best to shorten it given the time before school began. Improvising, he brought the song to a close that, even though the notes were previously unpracticed, fitted perfectly with the terribly beautiful melody. He straightened from his leaning position after the last few notes faded. It was quite different... He could remember the last time he had played the piano... it had not been so strange then and his hands somehow found the way to play those ebony and ivory keys again. The expression he wore was a subtle blend of confused thoughts and feelings as well as that ever present cool detatchment.

When the tediously decreasing notes faded into mere echoes of what they used to be, the blonde shifted his facade toward the other, glancing at him again before back to the piano. He stood, the stool knocked out form under him and almost falling completely backward onto the hard tile. That was, until those bangs blanketed the beauty those aquamarines hoarded..the stool picked itself up, and set itself back down in its proper place. Moving forward the piano player brushed past the other, reaching for the music room door before pulling it ajar abruptly. He disappeared behind it, heading down the hallway. He wasn't suppose to show people his "special gift".. or so they'd like to call it. He wasn't allowed, and now that he just did, he knew they'd be after him.

((Ah... well, at least I'm sane! xD I was all like "omg, he probably answered it and I didn't see and I just cleaned out my inbox!" xDDD ))

For once, his surprise registered on his face as he saw the chair... pick itself up. He had... he had always thought he was the only one who could... But the other disapeared before he could question him. And Shaun didn't want to unveil himself before he was absolutely sure Shaun was either someone who could be trusted or manipulated. He could never let anyone know if they were to unmask him to others. He had already been through that once... He shuddured lightly, saphire orbs contorted with painful memories. He seemed to pull himself back together and then silently padded out of the room and along the path the other had taken.

-The blonde was poised quietly at a window pane, one leg rising to press the ball of his foot against the framework of the window's slightly indented structure, body leaning firmly against the glass to better feel the frigid cold the thunderstorm and rain brought. The wind beat against the window, billowing branches of the trees whisked angerly, ruthlessly. Aquamarines closed, crania inclining back to rest against the window. A silent serenity, calm and collective the thunderstorm would roll on. Somewhere in the distance thunder growled. How stupid of me...How stupid to put my guard down like that...I was pathetic back there, showing him... I didn't mean too, these damn emotions.. ..The blonde shook his head. "No. No It's my fault.. not theirs. "-

"What is not their fault?" Shaun asked, his soft voice matching his music perfectly - bell-like and beautiful, but with currents of deepest shadows that crawled across the listener's skin. Bone-white fingers ghosted across the white washed wall as bright eyes studied the other with an inhuman and nearly cruel curiosity. He stood, perfectly still, leaning against the wall, watching. His entire appearance was... if not white, then grey. If not grey, then white. The only difference was his eyes - such a bright blue in contrast to everything else that it was nearly impossible not to be lost in them.

-Those marine-like orbs glanced up to connect with those blue ones, facade falling short of a slightly confused mask. -"...My emotions." The simplicity of his answer he concquered wouldn't be enough for the other, that much he was sure of. -"...If they get out of hand, so does my.. gift.. and it's uncontrollable. "- He drifted off, octaves decreasing gradually the beauty curled his legs to his chest, resting the curvature of his skillfully inherited chin down in between dainty kneecaps. "And I'm bipolar.." Which wasn't the least bit a wonderful combination, that much was evitable. "...I'm sorry." The need to apologize for whatever seemed to be the problem was pinned on Mitsukuni; he felt responsible.-

Shaun shook his head. "If it's uncontrolable... then it's not something you can apologize for," he said with a small shrug, eyes finally coming to rest on the other's face. Shaun had often been told that when he stared it was creepy... unnerving. He took a few steps closer, although he was still too far to touch or be touched by the other, his hand trailing along the blank wall as he did. "Isn't that true...?" Shaun had never met anyone else who had... powers. Perhaps it was that connection that prompted him to talk, to doubt, when he usually would have remained silent and eery.

After parking his bike Kou hopped off and grabbed his small school bag and made his way to the largest building, in the hopes that the main office would be located there. His things had been sent ahead of him and should have been taken to whatever room they were going to assign him. Ruffling his short red hair as he walked his dark red eyes scanned the area for anyone as he walked. He was slightly bothered at the fact that it was empty but shrugged it off.

-"Well.. that is.. "- He stared up at the other as his explaination spilled out of those ample tiers. Lightening aquamarines spewed luminousity that they did not contain mere seconds ago. The blonde gave a weak smile, before using the wall to help himself stand. It was a lot of energy expelled from the slender build, tears always consumed quite a good quantity of it. -"...I guess you're right."- Shoulder contently caressed the blockage the wall provided, giving Mitsukuni a second to glance at the other. While others might have deemed the boy creepy, unnerving, intimidating, Mitsukuni simply did not. There was absolutely nothing scary or freaky about this other person, which only gave Mitsukuni another reason to broaden the smile on his facade. "...Why are you alone?"- Such a blunt question-

Shaun shrugged. "THat's just the way it has always been," he said in way of explanation. He studied the other's features - noting the release of tension, the releif... Such small things, but they might be useful if there were to be any prolonged contact with him. "But then... aren't you alone as well?" he asked, giving the smallest hint that... somehow, the two of them might be alike. He wasn't sure yet if he wanted the other to know or not - meeting another like himself was a little... confusing or... distracting - but he could hint at then. Then, at least, he might be able to guage the other's intellegence.

"Shakespeare," a blond haired with soft blue eyes man, usually seen with either his head in a book or a sloppy smile on his face, was currently staring with a slight frown at a paper in his hand. His long body was hunched over, reading the paper more carefully as his thin, slightly girly hands traced the paper. This would simply not do.

A teacher who had only offered the name 'Professor' to students and teachers alike, he had been working in the school for three years now, and apparently wasn’t happy with the new 'Required Reading'.

"I told them last year, I told them again and again last year that I did not want to teach Shakespeare. That mans writing is overused and over hyped, and students take three weeks just trying to comprehend what the book is saying, let alone having time to absorb and understand the story." Professor was sitting in his classroom, in his desk. The class was empty, thankfully, for Professor did not want to have his students see him this hopping mad.

Though whether you could call the slightly troubled expression on his face 'hopping mad' is something left to debate.

Some may say Professor was a bit of an eccentric, though the school board just saw him as troublesome. Young, intelligent, and stubborn, Professor wasn’t a big fan of being told what he could teach his students, and he usually just ignored the teaching requirements.

Except last year one of the students accidentally ratted him out to an under-cover and he got a letter during the summer telling him that he was going to be monitored and that any refusals to teach on his part would not be tolerated.

Bother, bother.
