I'd like to ask for some healing energy for a friend of mine. I haven't known her long, but she is dear to me. The doctors found a mass in her abdomen that is quite large, they're pretty sure it's lymphoma. She's already on morphine for the pain. If people could send her good wishes for the pain so she can sleep, that would be fantastic.

Bump! I hope I'll be able to get up for school tomorrow... I've gotten used to staying home sick and sleeping in... I think that's going to be a problem when I grow up. o.o

Looks like there's a gang war going on, and I'm smack dab in the middle of one of the territories. -_- And we're not getting the house, either, so we're stuck here for a while. I hate this gang ridden town. stressed

I feel bad everyone's towns are so dangerous. I mean, I sometimes don't feel safe walking home from work, but I haven't heard of anything truly terrible happening.

That's how it usually is here too, though we've had something like seven shootings in the last week alone due to the gang war currently going on. -_-

Yeah, it's not fun. We only go out once after my fiance gets home at night, and that's for food. We, uh, don't leave the house unless we have to otherwise, even during the day. hopefully this passes soon.
