WE. ARE. NOT. NARUTO. We are a guild BASED off naruto. The characters in naruto, in general, are BAD EXAMPLES for the standards of our guild. Do NOT compare a Chuunin's abilities in Naruto to a Chuunin's abilities here. The only reason they are all so powerful is because if they werent, Masashi Kishimoto would be a poor man, writing a story of how an annoying blond kid is constantly getting the sh!t kicked out of him. The genin in Naruto are so powerful because if they didnt win their fights, the series wouldnt sell.

I know, I know. I just kinda space out some times and end up typing something about the anime/manga. also, on many occasions the Genin did get their asses handed to them. confused Mostly by other Genin, but still. >3>
Anyways, Is there any chance of me being able to go to anywhere besides the un-openned snow country to gain such a bonus?

How exactly would one go about creating a Flood that supposedly covered the world? The Guild members would not allow this, bcause it would KILL Everyone's character besides the one doing it, and anyone they have with them. I really don't care what rank you are, if all of a sudden you are surrounded by Fathoms of water, you aren't going to be using jutsu to help yourself.

x.x So now the only place I could possibly get the bonus is un visitable, unless there is an Ice Arena in the Chuunin exams. ^.^ ok, I'll just wait until the Chunnin exams to use my Elemental control. ^.^
A Completely unrelated question!
In the Elemental control type, It says that all Jutsu are up one rank.
Does this mean that Even Suiton and Fuuton would get a bonus in power? Or does it only apply to the Element? { I would think only to the element, but I'd like to know just in case I need it. ^.^ }

No. It only applies to the element you took for your bonus element.

Official Taijutsu: It's a waste of a thread when the very same taijutsu style is under the jutsu thread under Leaf Taijutsu styles. There's no point in having it written in two places and I'm trying to create less clutter
Konoha Building Request: If someone wants to build something, they can, I'm not going to prevent them from doing so and I don't see it necessary for their to be a request. If I have a problem with something they make I'll pm them
Announcements: I intend to make my own announcement thread
Konoha Ranking System: I'm not a crew member, so I can't edit the ranking system as I see fit. Therefore I'll create my own thread for the ranking system so I can edit it as we get more people or others rank up
Library: I don't like how Shruikan Tenshi wrote it and wish to create my own
Hidden Anbu Research Facility: I simply don't like it and don't see a need for it since as of right now I only have like one anbu and the last post in it was in March

As the new Hokage, I would claim she has the right to run her own village's subforum as she sees fit. All of her comments make perfect sense to me, so i see no reason not to do it for her.

Question about the Time skip!
Could I post my character in the Library? Or would that count as a scroll house? { I guess according to the Tsuchikage all our elemental scrolls are in the Library. }
Also, where would I be most likely to get the Hyouton jutsu scrolls? { Or an Npc Sensei, either one will work. ^.^ }

Building request: Its there because we cannot allow people to make anything they want out of the blue.
Announcements: They contain announcements from previous RP, which could relate to current RP.
These will be put back, either by myself or the next crew member to see it.

Are you really going to fight over something as trivial as this? The announcement page didn't have anything important...and I made a new one. The building request hadn't been used in a long time and I have been chosen to MODERATE the leaf village. If there's something that I don't want made in the sub forum then I will either pm them and ask them to remove it or ask a crew, preferably Cobra since he's been the most helpful so far, to delete it. I'm trying to cut down on the pointless threads to create less clutter, so please, I'm sure that you have much more pressing matters than putting un needed threads back up
