It helps to be adaptive to different situations, especially work hours and amount of tolerance for work.

Thats okay, Tolerance of how much work you can do builds as you get used to your job.
And once youve been at a particular job for a while you will see what ways are easier to accomplish the work you have to do at your job.

you'd be surprised, for some reason i just like to follow orders, it also helps me get things done that i wouldnt normally do... like standing on the back of a uhual to get things down... i hate heights

After a while a job if you like or can manage it becomes 2nd nature to a person. They get used to doing it and finding out what works and doesnt work as far as getting the job accomplised.

I know, I can advance where I am in my factory job but it would only be like hopping to another job that is different from my present one within the factory. Unless I managed to score a administrative job high up the Job Ladder which is sadly beyond my capibilities I think.

I know but if I do decide to change to another job, I can bid for it inside the factory and prob. get it if I have more experience and time worked at my present job.
