A large van sat plowed through the center of one of the outer walls. A mess of furniture an patrons under it. Most of the able patrons had left the bar by now, the rest being staff and owners.



The other man sat perched on the roof of a building not too far off, stairing down at the caffe. He puzzled a bit, his two other hostages lying still unconcious behind him.
He'd tossed in a nice little offering of fresh flesh...and Reaper didn't even touch it. Interesting...normally that would have gotten the man riled. At least enough to toy with the bodies. So what was the deal now? Was he seriously playing it low for the sorcerer?

Kain, of crourse, was nowhere to be found. And by whatever miricale, the vehicle was lacking a driver as well. One of the few cars that had luckily been empty when Greed went on his little rampage.

There were no tire tracks...though a good look outside did reveal a rather nice number of other cars that were by no means in a place they should be. Rooftops, store windows, flipped... and there were a nice array of craters on the street as well.

The man on the roof paused a moment and turned his thoughts away from the caffe for a moment. Something...not normal...was nearby.
An eerie grin washed over his face as he stood and tossed his jacket off. His skin soon melted into a much thicker, darker red skin...and soon the rest of his Blood features appeared.
He glanced back, used his tendrills to rip up one of his other hostages, then flung it into the window of the caffe.
With that, he grabbed his last hostage , Kaine, and slid down the side of the building and into the dark alley way.

Reaper sat and stared down at the bloody arm that had just flewn in and bounced across his table. He stared at it a moment...growled something to himself...slapped it away...then stomped towards the door.
Alright...Greed was gone. There was no more explosions coming from outside, so he was gone.
Which meant that someone was trying to get his attention. Fine. He'd see just what was going on out there.

He took a quick glance over at the man that Strange had been talking to before he arrived, then turned his attention back towards going outside.




Rapture quickly landed on the ground and turned to see if Reaper had come out yet. What he hadn't expected to see was the woman hovering above him. He hadn't expected anyone to react that fast...and certainly not the woman from the bar. Interesting.

Rapture smirked. "Now what would be the fun in that?" He replied, his spiked tendrils wrapping themselves around Kain so that he'd have free use of both his arms. "Really, it can't be that hard to find a good job."

Rapture glanced at his capture as it was suddenly crystalized, then quickly back to the woman. Magic, huh? Well if she had to call her spells out before she could use them, then it was simply a matter of ripping her voice box out.

Not having time to properly dodge the attack, Rapture quickly moved the crystalized Kain in front of him. Placing the man between him and the sword.
