Overhearing the bit between Riyo and Hanse, Blade raised his eyebrow a bit. The beginnings of the deal were being made, and Yuki soon accepted it.

Is that it...?

Quite frankly, he was a little surprised. From the way the half dragon was talking earlier, he was expecting a bigger favor to be needed. So this seemed almost too easy. But if that was really all that was needed, that was fine with him. The thief stood by to watch, also glancing towards Neko to see what he thought of all of this.

Though, before he could see what the guy thought, Hanse was already starting to work on Yuki. And his actions didn't seem all too gentle.

Seeing him rip out the stitches, made Blade mentally cringe. He figured the stitches needed to be removed now if the wound was going to be closed in the next minute, but that still couldn't have been too pleasant to feel.

Probably should have expected things to be a bit rough here..

It was too late for second thoughts, and from the look on Yuki's face when he found Hanse looming over him just as quickly as he could agree he may just have regretted his descision. In fact, he'd begun to open his mouth to speak, only to find the dragon's fingers wrapped around his jaw. Unable to speak, nothing more than a muffled gerk sounded from him. At first.

Hitsu gave a startled gasp, eyes growing wide. Sure, she figured that Hanse hadn't wanted her brother to scream, but did he have to be so violent about it?

Grimacing against the pain of Hanse pressing against the newly stitched wound, Yuki gave another muffled sound of discomfort as the dragon dug a claw in between them. May sting, he said. Was this really worth it? He was really, really doubtful that it was.

Confirmation of that thought came in a split second, when all of the stitches were ripped open and then some. It was a good thing Hanse was then holding onto his jaw so that he couldn't scream, but it didn't stop his pain from being apparent. He gave a sharp gasp, and he could swear that he nearly choked on his own tongue. Tears welled up on his eyes, and he quickly shut them tight to try and hide that much.

"Is that really necessary!?" Hitsu finally protested, all too late really. "You're making it worse!"

Neko was a little surprised that Yuki would dare accept the dragon's offer but stepped aside as Hanse stepped near. Moments later, however, Neko was sure Yuki was regretting his decision as Hanse ripped the stitches from his wound on one swift movement, like a band-aid. "What the hell, that's not helping!" Neko protested.

Tobi seemed to feel the same way because he gave a bit of a bark though didn't move from Mitsu's side.

"Shut him up, someone will hear him!" Neko hissed looking away from the damage Hanse was causing.

"S...sorry," Mitsu knelt down to Tobi and pressed a hand to his snout. "Shhh Tobi, its okay." It seemed to help, at least a little. Tobi remained quiet but his head was lowered looking at Hanse, his ears drawn back. A short growl escaped his throat but he did nothing more than that.

"Yes, that is all," Suto nodded. "You can take what you need to resupply for your journey." Turning his attention back to Poke a devious smile crossed his face. "Now my dear, food will be here shortly. In the mean time, lets talk." Leaning back in his chair Suto made himself comfortable as he eyed Poke expectantly. "Maybe you could start by giving me your name. It would be much easier for conversational reasons."

Well damn. Yuki almost sounded excited that he'd taken on Hanse's "debt".

And before she had time to say anything in response, Hanse had began his dirty work. Her eye twitched as he practically yanked those newly sewn stitches. The pain in Yuki's eyes practically screamed how much he regretted his decision. And it made Riyo hate herself for letting him make it.

Though, she said nothing about it. Everyone else was doing that for her. She only covered her mouth. It'd get better, right? If it didn't, she'd know who to blame for it.

Atticus was finally able to stand up, and looked like he was about to say something pretaining to the lunch thing... But was also rendered speechless by Hanse's actions.

"... Damn." He mumbled and tilted his head as he watched. That was brutal.

Hanse grinned lightly with everyone's reactions, and spoke plainly, "It's all a matter of perspective..." He dug his thumb into the wound, making it bleed some more until it was a brighter red, "Worse to you, is better to me." He pulled his thumb out, surprisingly clean, not a hint of Yuki's blood was on it. He narrowed his brow some and a gentle light started to form in his palm. "To maximize the ability of this spell..." He pulled his hand back just a little bit from Yuki's shoulder as tendrils of light started to make their way to the wound, "The damage must be fresh, it must be clean..." Yuki's skin began to pull itself towards the light some, reacting to it as if it was truly alive.

Hanse closed his eyes briefly, and the light intensified as the strands of magic tied itself to the pieces of Yuki's now tattered flesh. Within that, they started to weave the pieces together, stretching and pulling the flesh as needed to cover the wound back up. What the others probably couldn't see, was within the wound, Yuki's muscles, blood vessels, and other connective tissue was reaching out to itself within the wound, repairing what damage was deeper than just the outward flesh. When the healing within was done, the flesh sealed itself overtop of the wound, creating a small puckered scar where it has been, as if the wound was something from years ago.

When Hanse's eyes opened, he looked out the window, as if peering beyond what anyone could normally see. "Next time, the healing won't be so cheap. I run a great risk for everyone each time I do something like this." He looked back to everyone else once he seemed satisfied with whatever was outside of the window. He then removed his hands from Yuki, and turned once again to leave.

Blade glanced over at the others as a few of them shouted out at Hanse. Though, for now he just kept his mouth shut. He did feel that what he did was a little much, but there wasn't much point in repeating what was already said. So instead, he just watched, feeling kinda bad for Yuki. But before long, the wound was closed up, leaving a scar behind.

"Hm? And why's that?" he asked quietly, wondering why it was exactly that doing white magic would be potentially dangerous. Especially when it was just healing.

Nodding to his contractor, Shun turned around and headed on out, giving Poke a brief look as he walked by her. From there, he went on to gather up the supplies he would need to travel back out. By now, his targets should have left the city they had resided in, so he'd need to do some tracking.

Thinking about that, he wondered if it would benefit him at all to have Poke with him. But considering she wouldn't be too likely to give away where they were or where they would likely be, he tossed that idea.

[Gonna assume that the first bit of my post is going to go well enough resisted and ignored. I just wanted to go ahead and post instead of Skye splitting up his post since it'd hold things up longer.]

Hanse pressed his claw even further past the point of Yuki's original injury and the feline's expression of pain grew ever worse as he tried in vain to twist his head from the dragon's grasp, hands groping for each of Hanse's wrists to try and pry him away. The hand clamped tightly around his jaw muffled his groan of discomfort, but before he could go so far as to get truly frantic about his attempt at escape the stabbing pain in his shoulder had considerably dulled. Yuki cautiously opened watering eyes to see from the corner of them Hanse drawing his hand away from his shoulder, mysteriously lacking the blood that he had been expecting to see drenching his fingers.

At this point, Hitsu didn't look any better off than Riyo. Hands cupped over her face worriedly, it was hard to determine if she was about ready to cry or be sick.

The sensation of his flesh moving in response to Hanse's magic was strange to say the least, and it was a good thing he couldn't see the healing process or else Yuki may have found the ordeal even more traumatic than it already managed to be. Not to say he wasn't still nervous, for even though the pain had ebbed away the feeling of movement beneath his skin continued for a little while more. Like something foreign was burrowing, but thankfully making its way out instead of deeper into the flesh.

Then it was over. He couldn't recall being so thankful for anything in his entire life. The dragon released him, and he quickly put a hand to his shoulder where the wound had been. Tilting his head to look upon it, his eyes grew wide. He stared at it in disbelief, unable to find words. It seemed like something so impossible, and yet there it was.

"Th-thank you..." Hitsu half murmured as he passed, torn on whether she fully meant it or not. She was still shaken by how violent he'd been before he'd helped, honest as he'd been about the explanation.

Looking up, Yuki realized that Hanse was again attempting to take his leave. He gave no protest, but called out the only thing that he could coherently find appropriate; "Thanks." Really, Hanse was the last person he'd expect to thank, let alone sincerely.

At first, Mitsu had regretted asking for Hanse's help. It seemed that he was going to do more damage than good. Nervously Mitsu bit down on her thumb nail watching the ordeal in silent panic hoping it would be over soon. Thankfully, it didn't take long for the dragon-half to finish and step away revealing he had in fact healed the wound. Well, at least that was a relief.

As he headed back to the door to leave Mitsu quietly stepped aside avoiding looking at him. He was a frightening man to say the least, but it wasn't so much how he looked it was something else. Something Mitsu couldn't put her finger on. "Thank you." She mumbled softly turning to look at Yuki again grateful it was over now.

"Keh," Neko nearly spat at he stepped aside allowing Hanse to pass. Like he would ask him to stay. "Well, its good to see you can at least do something, even if its only healing a little scratch."

When the 'healing' process was over, Riyo scurried over to see just what damage had been done.

And was confused to see nothing but a widdle bitty scar. "Isn't that something?" It was more of a statement than a question really, because she wasn't expecting anyone to answer it. "Can you feel it? Does it hurt? C-can I touch it?" Funny, she didn't actually wait for an answer to that last one before she started poking it gently. She'd never seen light magic in action... Or most variations of other magic, honestly.

Atticus was more fixed on the dragon as he was leaving. Wasn't it something? A man with what felt like bad intentions could use light magic. He supposed it just went to prove that good and evil were not as simple as black and white.

Hanse stopped briefly, and turned to look at Blade, "If you think I might be scary, just think. There is one creature that I fear, and it senses my white magic. Luckily, there was enough excess in the area he didn't seem to notice from what I could tell." He then looked at Neko briefly, "Death is not beyond my grasp... to a degree." He narrowed his eyes lightly, "But such a feat would encourage my own death, along with everyone on this continent." He turned to the door once more, and started towards it. "The cost of healing raises with the risk of alerting the one I fear."

Blade stared at Hanse a bit, wondering just what it was that the guy could possibly fear. While he himself didn't fear the half dragon much, if at all, he could tell the guy was rather powerful, and he respected that. Whatever it was, it had to be insane. Unless Hanse had some random irrational fear, but he didn't think that was very likely.

"We'll keep that in mind... if we ever run into you with injuries again."

Something told him the chances of that situation were fairly decent.

Shaking his head to himself, he glanced over at Yuki's new scar again. It was pretty amazing, to say the least, on what magic could do. Judging from the others' reactions, they were pretty impressed as well.

"You feeling alright there now, man?"

Yuki had gone back to examining the scar left behind, still intrigued by the fact that something such as this could really be accomplished. He did, however, pick up on Neko's statement. "That was more than a scratch, and you know it. Jealous much?" Yuki smirked lightly, figuring that his words might strike a nerve or two.

When Riyo approached, Yuki looked to her curiously. Her trio of questions went without answers, mainly because she didn't really give him a moment to offer any. In a second she was prodding at the scar, and Yuki feigned pain. He flinched, "Ow! Ow!" It was a short lived act, before he laughed at himself. "No. Really. It's all good now." Best have fun to lift the tension, right?

Hitsu gave a start at Yuki's outburst, and turned her head quickly in his direction. Noting that he was perfectly fine, she sighed in a frustrated manner and turned her attention back to the exchange of words between Hanse and Blade. It sounded like there was a person that Hanse was afraid of, but one thing about his explanation confused her. "How can someone sense your magic like that?" The statement to Neko really caught her attention; "Really? You can raise the dead?" Her eyes had grown wide at the very thought, would that even be something intelligent to do? "Is that even safe?"

"Hitsu." Yuki finally called, "He... Wants to leave." The last thing he wanted to witness was for the dragon to grow irritated and shout at her for prying too much, or worse; Lashing out at her for it... The latter of which he was certain wasn't something Hanse would have a second thought on. "Leave him be."

Blade's question to Yuki of his condition was met with a nod, "Good as new, I guess..." Not entirely, the aching in his head was still there. The physical punishment of using magic when he shouldn't have still remained, but he wasn't about to bring that up.

That was when the realization belatedly struck him, and he took a swift glance around the room. It didn't take but a second to realize that the one he was searching for was absent. "Dammit!" He shouted, panic in his eyes. Unaware of who'd brought him back, he had no idea who to question. Not that there was much else to be known, aside from what Yuki was certain of. If whoever had dragged him back here had only managed to find him... "That b*****d abducted Poke!"

"Keh, next time I'll be sure to call your buddy to help you instead of doing it myself." In truth Neko was a tad jealous and the tone of his voice gave it away. He wished beyond anything he had the ability to heal, it would have saved his mother, but there was nothing he could do about that. Fate had cursed him with the ability of the dark arts, magic of destruction. Not that it too didn't come in handy but there was more he wished he could do.

That aside he was about to question Yuki on how he had gotten wounded in the first place but his fellow feline shot up out of bed looking panicked. "Abducted Poke? Who?"

Tobi stayed close to Mitsu the entire time Hanse was near. Despite the fact the dragon half never made an attempt toward her or even acknowledge her for that matter, that didn't keep the canine from letting out a low growl. Something to let the dragon know to keep his distance.

"Tobi," Mitsu said softly as she crouched next to the dog trying to quiet him. But her attempts to quiet him were short lived as she heard Yuki speak. "Poke?" Mitsu's eyes were wide as she stood moving toward Yuki to question him. "Someone took her?"

Nodding to Yuki, Blade glanced over towards Hitsu and Hanse as the former asked a few more questions about white magic and how the feared one might be able to track it. Though, his attention was pulled away from them as he heard what was just said regarding Poke.

"What?" he asked, not sure if he heard things correctly, "Is that how you got so messed up here?"

Well it would explain why Poke was taking so long to return, but he couldn't think of any particular reason why she would be snatched up. As the thief tried to figure it out, he reminded himself of the apparent pursuers the group had before he came into the picture. Shaking his head to himself, he looked towards the window momentarily as if he would find answers there, then looked back at Yuki.

"Do you know who took her? Or why for that matter?" he calmly questioned.

[weee I'm back!]

Catching shuns eye, poke looked back to the doctor and his question. At first she wondered if she should just tell him her name, but then thought better of it. Why should she give him vital details about herself that could lead him back to her?

"My name is Nerissa" she told the doctor. "Nerissa Cordelia. It was given to me by my father." It sounded like a good enough name.
