Also I know this is random as well, but are you able to get a Pikachu (or electabuzz, I'm not sure if you can with this thing I haven't heard much about it) with surf? ._. 'm trying to find more info on the area where you get them from though I'm interested in getting 1 of each if its probable :]

Surfing Pikachu can be obtained after beating Pokemon Battle Revolution, if your seeking one, I'll see what I can find. I recently traded one of them away but I may have another one laying around somewhere either in one of my boxes or roaming around in my ranch.
Concerning the rest, none on the Electivire evolution chain can learn Surf and it is currently impossible to get a Pikachu with Fly on Diamond, Pearl or Platinum as all HMs must be deleted prior to migration from GBA games to Pal Park.

Oh and I haven't had a chance to check up on that Surfing Pikachu yet. Probably will get around to check it tomorrow morning.

There are a few events besides the Battle Revolution one out there you can get Pikachu with surf, but they'd be in Japanese, I believe. To get a flying Pikachu, on any DS game legitimately, you'd have to get HG/SS, at the moment only in Japanese, and download the Yellow Forest event off wifi, get far enough into the game, and catch one. I hear the odds of getting a flying one is hard though, as they show up the least. But I might be able to get you one once I get farther in the game. If you are interested, or anyone for that matter, PM me about it, or look up stuff like Yellow Forest on google or something. But yeah, only on HG/SS for flying. EDIT: I forgot to mention another crucial aspect about that HG/SS event...you need the Pokewalker as well. That wifi event is Pokewalker essential! That is a big detail I almost forgot!
