In roleplaying, there is no such thing as an unclear attack. If both forces don't fully understand what's being said, then clearly there is a problem with the post. And if there's a problem with a post like that, then that roleplayer needs to make an effort to explain what's goin' on a bit better.
The problem with stuff like psychic magic, is that it really has no clear image. People create whatever they want to when you're vague. Thus, to amount for this, you really need to explain things like that a bit more thoroughly, or else you'll just confuse people and cause problems.
I think the attack is fine, it's just explained poorly. Anyone can think anything of "psychic force". Unless it's described, everyone suffers.

Like with every other character I have in this tournament, I've offered to make myself more clear if anything is unclear.
And in case anyone missed it, I've pretty much explained every part of the attack AND the best way to escape it without a scratch.
So, yeah, all ya'll can get off my case okay? This was brought before the general public for mob debate before either of us even had the chance to clarify.

Remember when I asked where the psychic force was coming from as far as surrounding goes? "Above? Below? All round? "
His answer was surrounding means surrounding. Meaning that if my guy ducked, the attack would still be effecting him. So ducking is ruled out.

Cole Eastcott No, actually I meant the definition for "around" =/ I suggest ya'll look it up. Its a two dimensional term. As an adverb: Dictionary.com 1. On all sides: dirty clothes lying around. 2. In close to all sides from all directions: a field bordered around with tall trees. 2. In a circle or with a circular motion: spun around twice. 3. In circumference or perimeter: a pond two miles around. 4. In succession or rotation: passed the collection plate around; seasons that rolled around each year. 5. In or toward the opposite direction or position: wheeled around to face the attacker. 6. 1. To or among various places; here and there: wander around. 2. To a specific place: Come around again sometime. 7. In or near one's current location: waited around for the next flight. 8. From the beginning to the end: frigid weather the year around. 9. Approximately; about: weighed around 30 pounds; around $1.3 billion in debt. As a preposition: Dictionary.com 1. On all sides of: trees around the field. 2. In such a position as to encircle or surround: a sash around the waist. 3. 1. Here and there within; throughout: on the political stump around the country. 2. In the immediate vicinity of; near: She lives around Norfolk. 4. On or to the farther side of: the house around the corner. 5. So as to pass, bypass, or avoid: a way around an obstacle; got around the difficulty somehow. 6. Approximately at: woke up around seven. 7. In such a way as to have a basis or center in: an economy focused around farming and light industry. As an adjective: Dictionary.com 1. Being in existence: Our old dog is no longer around. 2. Being in evidence; present: asked if the store manager was around. As an idiom: Dictionary.com Idiom: been around Informal Had many and varied experiences; been experienced in the ways of the world: a young executive who has been around. Wow, how two-dimensional. How basic, how uniform. Jesus Christ. xd THERE'S LIKE A DOZEN ******** MEANINGS TO THE WORD "AROUND," dude, so don't give me any of that ******** guff. GOD ALMIGHTY. xd

Fine. The upside-down fishbowl thing sounds fine to me. But honestly, I'd get pretty vexed, too, if facing a psionics user who simply says "Surrounds your head with tons of psychic force pressing inwards." Okay... and this comes from where? How?
Take my fight with Tankie. I surround him with static furtively to switch his charge. I send a bolt down aimed at the charge. He removes the static with his own electric-manipulative ability. Bolt misses. Okay, screw it. It was a jab. The bolt was still remotely lethal. I could've argued "Noo! Tankie can't move MY static because it's mine" but he found his own counter and it wasn't half-assed, either. I never said exactly what he could or could not do with my static. Of course, it's a littler different in Cole v. Goku, but again, it's just an opener. I'd say, hell, have it give him a headache if he didn't go for the exact dodge you wanted.

No. No. No. it is several tons of force. Meaning it could crush possibly even a planet (if he targeted the planet in the same general manner)

No. No. No. it is several tons of force. Meaning it could crush possibly even a planet (if he targeted the planet in the same general manner) Okay, it wouldn't be enough to crush a planet, but several does make it that much more vexing.
Again, I ask: What's the time table for this psychic force? Besides, you said it was invisible. Goku would have to feel it, first. By then, since it is several tons, it would crush him easily, even pin his head down so he can't simply squeeze out. Ducking in this case ain't exactly the best COA, either.
See, that's one problem with psionics. I could make my bolts up to real speed: speed of light. The bolt you see is the light streaking back. But I don't give a damn if someone manages to dodge a clean one. I'll get 'em from the back or side. I'll pin 'em down or in a corner first. I'll give them a string of attacks in separate posts to escape each one, and have another lying in wait. Invariably you have people then saying "I can dodge at light speed flawlessly over and over without tiring." It's give and take, too. Just give away this opener and move on to the next move.
