That's . . .umm. Comforting, I suppose. It's better than "frequently."
How long do waitresses last in this place? And . . . umm. Would I be fired if I had to do some out of town stuff?

The last actual waitress here seemed to have vanished over a year ago. And the bartender ran away to Hoboken. My friend Tenzil has expressed interest in working here as a chef, but he's been distracted lately with his senatorial and attorney duties.

SOMEday. I'm going to be in here, and the owner is going to be in here. And on that GLORIOUS day, I will give him my resume, with all of my sterling recommendations, and I will be employed as a chef here.
