Sakura's plan fails because well, Teri is from a small town, and there's this horribly evil thing called racism. As soon as Sakura enters the house, there's this coldness about and it's driving Teri nuts.

It's actually probably still a good plan... because it would have been worse if she were asian AND dressed weird. She mostly just stays quiet... since she's shy-ish anyways, and her speaking doesn't seem encouraged.

After the initial visit, Teri decides that she will be visiting her parents alone. They're not being at all nice to Sakura, and they keep asking her and Billy when the wedding is.
Billy is also feeling rather uncomfortable. Teri's parents seem to like him enough, but they really should be liking Sakura instead.

Sakura just, sits around, being awkward and quiet, and not knowing what to say or do, and expecting that there's nothing much she can do to ameliorate the situation. She has to go pee, but she doesn't even want to ask where the washroom is, so she just holds it >>

Finally, it's time to say goodbye. Teri breathes a breath or relief as they leave. About half a kilometer from the house, she tells Billy to go on ahead, so she can get some time with Sakura. He agrees, because he's a good guy like that.
"I;m so sorry about that." Teri says.

She stops walking, and all she really wants to do is wrap her arms around Sakura, but she doesn't want to make Sakura do anything she might not want to.

Sakura shrugs a bit, "Some people are like that. For all I know, my parents might have the same reaction to someone who is white."

Teri moves a bit closer to her. "I don't like that I can't tell them that I don't love Billy. I want to be able to tell them that I love you." she says. Then she brings her hand up to her mouth in shock. She hadn't told Sakura yet that she loved her...

Sakura stops and looks to Teri in shock... but not bad shock, rather pleased shock, and her expression slowly changes to a pleased smile. She takes Terrence's hand, leans over and kisses her... kind of quickly because she knows ter doesn't want them being too lesbiany where people from her town could see them

Yessum.
Camping is fun, mostly. Whenever Billy goes out with the lesbians, he gets kicked back to the cabin and winds up walking in on Dom and Corri, which makes him depressed. He wishes they;d just stay in their room! He's getting really down about it though, so he decides to go out to the rock club one of the nights.
