Tenzil Kem Yeah, but he's FROM the Dark Ages. It's easier for him to sing things in his native language. He tried to teach me this song called "One Week" and my brain nearly leaked out my ears.

Why are you having a hard time? Why don't you just use the music and make up your own words to it?

Yeah, but it's more impressive if I sing the actual words...Stuff in Interlac doesn't have that rhythm that the ancient heralds and prophets put into the work. And besides, I've checked. There is no translation in Interlac for "Blooswaydeshoos."

Vi's fond of the ancient hymns from the Beatles. I thought I'd try to get one of them down for our date, but I'm having a Hezz of a time with some of the lyrics. There's this one song called "Across the Universe" that shoulda been called "Tenz's translator just borked."

In the present, everyone understands Interlac, but in the past, like where you come from (I assume), everyone's speaking all kinds of languages and dialects, so I think the ring gives you a telepathic push to understand the 'lac.
