They do not. They are all completely separate skills. Also, added a few addition armors on the last page.

I don't think so, but he certainly doesn't have a greatshield.Though he does have a sweet set of silver and blue armor.

Not a lot. Just killing time really. I feel a tiny bit anxious and I don't know why.
