Seriously where do ou get those pictures..well I could get a good one but i have no diea how to cut and write on pictures..then fidn the URL to post them up on here.

Well, Joy, if you have Photoshop then you can crop and use text on the pictures
To find pictures is quite easy if you know what you're doing, you can start out by going to CG sites and use the linkage there.
Thats what i do.
