Alpha nodded "Well I am sure you would but in the meantime, maybe try and enjoy whats on the ground in the meantime. Theres probably loads of things you've not had much experience from all the way up there as corny as it sounds. Im sure Hebal would agree based on her reaction to that flower" he chuckled
Hebal sighed petting the flower one last time before finally leaving it alone "I know I know theres pleanty time for the big wheel and besides, we're a good few hours ahead of Yithra. It won't even be daylight over there yet so you will get some time back" she pointed out skipping through the familiar circus gates
Amane snickered "Well I can try when I am bigger and stronger and Runide is pretty energetic too. Maybe we'll be able to see her on the big wheel, when we are that high up we're bound to spot someone who will know where she is at the very least. If you think mums energetic now should see her after sugary snacks"
Seph smiled whispering to Chobi to learn some manners from the other chocobo before petting her wings while she waited for Itaka "Well even so its good to know Im not going to some small country village thats idea of a special day is seeing an elf let alone a demon. I don't tend to be popular in small settlements. Though Im pretty sure theres a reason Agralia doesnt have any laws like that" she added jokingly.

Satoshi smiled making sure to roar at the kids as they passed earning a roar back "Heh what makes you think their family arent nearby watching them or just having them out to play so the can make the dinner in peace. Dad used to take me out all the time to do stuff like that because the kitchen was always so hectic for mum. No doubt dad will be helping her today with the cooking though. Which means so long as he's kept in check it will be fine. He doesnt like fish either though don't think he's ever told her that for all the effort she goes to"
Hayate rolled his eye, his focus diverting away from the white wings upon the centuars back "We have not been spying on you. This time 24 hours ago we barely made it back from Kunec, the gria city though not sure if you know much about that one" he replied guessing centuars didn't ride airships at all.
Nares raised her eyebrow wondering why it appeared to be directed at Oassu "We've hardly been spying on you. And you could have said something yesterday if you knew I was in the area. Though you are in our area so you shouldn't be surprised that people might take an interest in your interest"
"We would have preferred it if you just came and spoke to us directly, it has been making the rest of the heard uncomfortable" the centuar argued with a sigh. "Still it would have made things a lot easier but can't be helped. You are welcome here in the meantime. Provided you behave of course. That aside I think an introduction is in order and I believe we have things to discuss. I am Asule and welcome to the Thynnltina tribe" she changed the subject giving them a bow.
Felina paused resisting the desire to try and shake Asule's hand in case she ended up doing something wrong "Well Im sorry you didn't like the spying thing though not all centuars have been pleasent to us in the past. I am Princess Felina and here we habe my sister Corella, my fiance and 2 really good friends of mine"

Gil nodded "I suppose that's fine but hopefully there will be a fish alternative later on because of your dad" he said snickering slightly at the kids "Cute, hope they win the most dragony-dragon contest later on still what did you get your folks for the festival?" he asked.
Oassu scratched his head slightly surprised at the sight of the wings on the centaurs back "Uh yes it's a pleasure I'm Oassu Selphirost I came with the Princesses to admire your culture a bit since I've never seen centaurs before" he said mumbling slightly cursing his inability to think of a more eloquent introduction.
Jeckhart scratched his head wondering why the flower made Hebal so happy and debated plucking it to give to her as a gift briefly before deciding it better not to "Desert Roses, rather rare sights I'm led to believe" he remarked examining the flower as they passed "I hope the circus didn't disrupt the local wildlife too much when it set up here" he added following them through the gate.
Zadina nodded "She might be sleeping on a roof for all we know" he snickered following Amane "Though I've seen your mother pretty hyper before, she's a very nice lady though so it's alright" he said brightly moving aside to let Merric walk between them.
Itaka shook his head as he headed out, taking the lead since he knew the way. The snow had settled rather nicely on the fields and grass but it wasn't so heavy to be near causing trouble for travel, likely one day's sun would get rid of it all. "You say that but you are lucky to be half-human after all I'm sure there's many demons who in their full demon forms are entirely unattractive to humans" he grimaced "Like Alpha"

Alpha shrugged "Probably not done too much harm to the environment. Those flowers dont exactly all grow nearby eachother. Though dont know what wild life really exists in the desert anyway beyong cactuars not that it matters since we're close to a town. Im sure they were careful" he assured Jeckhart.
Amane smiled slowing down seeing Merric was having to run to keep up with them "Its a pretty cute image, Runide sleeping on some random roof surface sometime if a little uncomfortable and hopefully we can keep Merric away from them. Oooh do you think its possible to sleep on the big tent? That looks real bouncy looking if impossible to climb onto" she suddenly thought.
Hebal snickered bouncing around the entry sigh waiting for everyone to catch up as usual "Sitting in a tent isnt safe unless your really light or you could damage it. Now even I am not that light" she added ignoring the odd passer by having a quiet giggle about her behaviour. "Glad you two made a friend here though would be nice if you kept in touch with her too and then you can exchange adventurers stories"
Seph laughed catching Itaka's face "Well someone out there might like fire demons like Alpha and its not as bad as it could be. Could be a giant sluggy demon thing like Hikari. Though to be honest most demons aren't even attracted to humans to even want to bond with them. I mean succubus will bond with anyone but to most humans just dont have any attractive features like horns and claws. In fact garif and gria are the only races found reasonable attractive"

Satoshi paused looking again at the kids "I would say I hope they win but then again there are always some incredible dragony dragon children out there" she explained letting out a small sigh as the street widened out. "Mum and dad aren'r so bad to buy for. I got dad a good bottle of booze and mum has some clothes. Well a nice scarf and some earrings."
Hayate snickered hearing Oassu;s introduction "Hayate. We came here partly our of curiousity and partly from concern. It's not everyday you see centurars at this time of year. Most would simply avoid here until the weather or significantly warmer" he stated somewhat bluntly.
"Don't mind the cactuar. He won't attack or bite unless you give reason to do so" Nares remarked noting the centuars suspicious gaze not bothering to introduce herself guessing Asule already knew and was just being formal.
Felina paused putting her arm around Corella's seeing her nervously looking at Asule trying not to stare to hard at the white wings. "Well nice to meet you Asule but my friend is right. We came here because we were wondering why you chose to come here in such an odd movement pattern. We don't exactly have the best reputation"
Asule glared at Nal for a moment so he got the message she would be keeping an eye on the small fiend "Are we not allowed to change course from time to time. Perhaps the Agralia area isnt the most ideal of places to be right not. Or in the future. Though don't be so tense. Yes your forest is very pretty but its only on the way"

Gil smirked "If you are sure they looked pretty ferocious though" he said with a light chuckled "I basically got your parents a bottle of wine, wasn't really sure what to get them since I wasn't sure what they like I hope that's alright" he said
Oassu raised an eyebrow at the last bit "What's wrong with Agralian lands right now? I mean I'd heard the new leader was a little weird but didn't think he was doing anything horrific in the lands?" he asked with a hint of concern.
Zadina raised his hand to his eyes to keep the sun away while he contemplated the possibility "I think it might be somewhat strong but the big top is at such a steep angle you'd just slide right off I think" he mused looking at it "Though I reckon being a cat demon Runide is very light on her feet" he added.
Itaka pulled a slight face "Garif? They look like cows with those masks on, they might even be just some tribe of human for all we know" he said baffled "Still to each their own I guess but hey its not like our worlds were ever meant to meet anyway there's no reason you should find the denizens of this world attractive" he said.

Seph laughed ruffling Itaka's hair asChobi happily overtook him by a small fraction "well to each their own, demons tend to go for things similar in anaromy, so the more humanoid they look the more likely they are to like humans. Plus interspecies relationships are socially acceptable because you can get some nice additional genes. Like a fire demon might want a human in this world to have a kid better adjusted to low temperatures"
Hebal nodded "That may be so but from what I saw she's a bit of a clumsy sort of demon. Like the sort that would roll out of her seat and onto the floor with the slightest bit of excitement hehe" she guessed picturing cats in general rolling off a couch. "Hmm the place looks a lot smaller in the day time with the lights on" she noted walking past a quiet sidestall being cleaned.
Amane mumbled a small "ooh" not having even thought of possibly sliding down the side of the tent which seemed a fun idea "I suppose its quiet cause they are getting ready to perform again tonight a really special show and they are all still a but tired. They really did a good job last night"

Satoshi nodded spinning around in her costume enjoying the extra space "Of course thats fine. I bet my parents were'nt expecting anything from you this festival considering you had never even met eachother until yesterday and they'll drink all that wine eventually. At least before the next dragon festival" she assured him following the sound of the band tuning their instruments. "And those kids are too tame to be most dragony dragon" she snickered pretending to flinch as a more bold kid in a dragon mask roared at her and Gil then Enkidu
Asule shook her head "The lands are fine for now. But there are changes coming in the near future everwhere. The fiends are moving and the roads are becoming increasingly dangerous in that area. Centuars do not want to be hanging around put it that way. Besides... we don't trust the new leadership in Agralia in the slightest."
Felina scratched her head, confused by the statement "I thought that had been happening anyway but ok.. kinda worrying. But we aren'texactly fond of Agralia here after that battle not too long ago" she replied wondering if that was partly why they came to Yithra.
Corella meanwhile frowned and whispered to Hayate who was nearest "Is the fiends really that much of a problem everywhere. I mean the forest is the same as it has always been and I dont see why it would be a better destination"

Gil chuckled watching as Enkidu growled slightly at the kid before rolling his eyes and deciding it wasn't worth it and moving on "Brave kid shouting at a fiend, will hurt Enkidu's feelings if that keeps up do you think your little brother or your parents will be dragon'd up like we are?" he asked spiralling after Satoshi
Oassu sighed somewhat relieved that there was nothing surprisingly untoward happening in Agralia before nudging Felina "I thought fiends would become less of a problem after the whole abyss incident didn't you?" he whispered before straightening up "Still where are you headed then if this is just a pit stop? Surely it would be safer on the plains outside the forest than in the darkness of the woods?" he asked
Itaka raised an eyebrow surprised at Seph's words "But you just said demons don't find standard humans attractive what with the lack of horns and scales, besides I'm pretty sure plenty of demons are distinctly NOT humanoid and so wouldn't be interested in humans or most of the races here for that matter" he said adjusting his hair slightly before encouraging Annabell to keep pace with Chobi.
Zadina scratched his head "I dunno it still seems big to me but maybe it's because we're smaller and I doubt she's that clumsy aren't cats meant to be really agile plus we saw her perform last night, if she was clumsy during a trapeze act it would be dangerous" he said defending Runide.

Seph shrugged looking at Itaka's reaction "Well... discussing demons as a whole is quite difficult and like comparing bangaa and moogles to eachother. We're that mixed a bunch. Many demons are just cold and all about genes and strong offspring and pretty standard animal instincts and sometimes humans are deemed as worth something in that sense so do the dirty and move on or go back to look for a proper partner" she sighed slowing Chobi down to help Anabell out. "And don't worry, thats more male demon behavious. The females are more picky with their partners" she winked at him.
Alpha scratched his chin listening to the discussion "Cat demons aren't so much clumsy. More they have a very short attention span and get distracted so easily they end up dropping things to pay attention to the new shiny thing. But they gain more control of that when they get older" he explained to them.
Hebal giggled thinking away to herself about the cat demons antics "I think its cute that they do that and shouldnt have to grow out of that habit. Though I'm sure you're glad of it Mr.Jeckhart. Must be really awkward for you to be sitting around cat demons when they know what you are"
Amane paused copying Zadina's movements before she even realised it "You're a little short for an elf but your still taller than me so it probably seems smaller to you in general. Though cats are meant to have really really good balence so I'll bet the trapeze comes naturally to her"

Satoshi shook her head "Well I dunno about my parents. My dad might, my mum might try and would probably make it a bit too grown up but Haru definately wouldn't. He thinks he's too cool for such silly activities and blah blah blah. He's a pretty dull brother by comparison to Yuudai" she answered petting Enkidu in costune "Why would his feelings be hurt?"
Felina nodded "Yeah I would have thought the same. When we went to the abyss I thought we stopped the source of the fiends coming out... somehow. It just seems odd that they are moving about again.They shouldn't be moving in strange pattern"
"Yes the abyss has a few extra seals in place but that didn't stop one or two more things crawling back out into this world. However the ones already in this world do seem to be orientating south towards the Agralian lands. Something the clan will have to watcb carefully" Asule added very quietly. "But you are right Mr Selphirost and there are no better planes than the ones here on this contient.
Corella rubbed her arm still surprised by the knowledge "well that makes sense I guess but I am sure there are places just as nice for centuars to live than over here" she half mumbled not entirely convinced.
Nares meanwhile paused holding back on asking futher about the clan, something she knew only a little of instead opting to research it later "Whatever makes you happy I suppose but try not to get into too many fights with the roaming elves. You don't exactly have a good history, angel or not"

Gil frowned wondering how her mother could possibly make a dragon costume 'grown up' "He'd probably just be a bit sore little kids are brave enough to roar at a big powerful fiend like himself" he said petting Enkidu who wagged his tail happily at the compliment.
Oassu scratched his head "Not sure why that'd by happening but eh....about that, I thought the clan was a pretty exclusive club especially angels and I thought they were meant to be all demons" he said glancing at the wings.
Itaka smiled "I'll consider myself lucky then though the same could be said of women here you know" he said "Though I guess that sort of makes sense, though I don't think Alpha opted for that route" he said
Jeckhart scratched his arm slightly "Err...well it's not so bad once we have a more humanoid form but from what I've been told in some of the more tribal areas back in the demon world cat demons do still hunt us when they can" he mumbled slightly "Though most demons are reasonable enough now in this world that it doesn't worry me so much" he said.
Zadina blushed slightly "I'll grow tall soon I think" he mumbled a little sad at being called short "Yeah but I think that's the same for a lot of demon things, that's why the events last night were so amazing to make up for the demonic advantages they have" he pointed out.

Seph shook her head "Nah Alpha has never been what got referred to as a 'hit and run' kinda demon. Probably because of his fathers habbits if you ask me. Alpha has about 30 half brothers/sisters and those are the only ones he knows about. Meant he didn't exactly get to meet and spend any time with the guy. Didn't care for the guy, just wanted more say in his kids upbringing than that"
Hebal turned her head listening to Zadina talking to Amane "Well you are short for an elf right now but... most boys start off really short or shorter than girls and when they hit young adult hood they tend to growlike a foot or more im the space of a few years so don't be down about your size. Might become a giant like your uncle yet" she assured him before spinning back to Jeckhart "So you never have any real clashes with other demons when your in this world? Or are cat demons just a rare site. I dunno Im guessing that this world has some species more than others"
Amane shooh her head slightly "Well grow but don't grow to be Elorin tall because the I might hurt my neck having to always look so far up to be able to talk to you properly though I bet because of their demon things they have to be all the more spectacular because people already expect them to be amazing"
"yeh cat demons are about in the middle in terms on population levels of demons in this world. But demons clash pleanty here. Even Seph for a while made a living out of killing the not so nice ones." Alpha cleared his throat. "Fire demons are rarely seen out of deserts so should feel privelaged"

Satoshi smiled spotting the main parade acts warming up for their act while fellow dragons lined up behind the small floats "Well he need not worry or he could growl back or even dress him up as a dragon too but I bet he would hate the final option" she snickered. "Though Enkidu Im sure knows that they are only children playing with him. Should be happy he's approachable looking sometimes" she snickered.
Hayate gave Oassu a small nudge thinking that he was being a little rude to the centuar "Well thats a bit worrying but Im sure your clan is looking into that properly as well and hopefully your abilities will help somewhat too" he added having already worked out that Asule was a seer.
Asule shook her head "The clan is rather exclusive yes but my kind are a very distant relative to the demons so the very occasional one does manage to get in every now and then but its not something to encourage your children to aim for when growing up. And yes I am sure the clan will look into it in time but this is the tribe that I am in charge of so in the meantime I have to deal with this problem first"
Nares nodded her head understandingly "I get that, looking out for your people thing but would you mind if we spoke more privatley. I mean if we're going to be seeing more of eachother in the short term I think its best we come to some sort of agreement. There are still pleanty of people who do not wish you to be here" she pushed the subject along now it was more relaxed.
Felina sighed seeing a potential opportunity to get up and walk around "May we at least take a look around while you two discuss things more. He didn't tell me what his plans were but we wont get in the way and we will be nice to the other centuars" she asked seeing Corella getting uncomfortable. "Oh and if your with the clan do you know of an angel named Kimino?" she suddenly decided to ask.
Asule paused thinking over Felina's question "I know of a Kimino but not personally no. Friend of yours I take it? No matter you are free to look around for the time being not that there is much to see nor many centuars that you will be able to have a long conversation with. Might get some luck with the older ones though"

Gil chuckled "Probably lose an arm trying to force him to wear a little dragon costume" he said gazing at the other dragons with a sense of wonder. There were all colours and sizes of dragon costumes in varying qualities and textures lined up behind the floats "Wow a lot of people really go out of their way to make a dragon for the festival do they just buy these costumes in stores or does everyone have to make their own?" he asked
Oassu nodded bowing politely "Thanks kindly for your hospitality then" he said to Asule looking to Felina for their cue to leave "We'll remain on the camp until Nares and Hayate are finished talking with you" he said
Itaka let out a low whistle "Wow big family, wonder what his brothers and sisters are like" he chuckled imagining the temperature of the room at Alpha's family get-togethers "Well sure I can imagine what it's like with a dad like that musta been awful" he said shaking his head.
Jeckhart nodded slowly "Well yes, the vast majority of the Dark association are demons, as I'm sure you knew already and they spend a lot of time battling us, I'm sure numerous kinds of demons in their ranks would have no qualms about making a snack out of our members or the denizens of this world" he said his face falling slightly "In fact had you not broken free of their grip it's likely you'd have been raised to fight us at somepoint" he muttered.
Zadina nodded "I'll grow but I doubt anyone will ever be as tall as my uncle though he's a very peaceful and friendly man so shouldn't be intimidated because he's like a tree" he giggled "We elves are meant to be tree people after all perhaps we get our height from that" he suggested.
