I heard there was a Little Tokyo with lots of Japanese s**t that I never got a chance to go to in SF D:
Also, I don't know Gorgol Bordello but I do live close to Anaheim.

It's at the Grove, he's super fun gypsy rocker. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_81l4DXlwMYea, i went to the little japan-town. But there's also a Little Tokyo in LA, which is also pretty cool. They have a japanese arcade that smells like sweat, cream puff store called Beard Papa's, lots of restaurants + manga stores...

Shiieet I've been going to Little Tokyo ever since my friends told me about it a month ago lawl. It's only 20 minutes away. We just went there on Thursday for Daikokuya, rated extremely well by reviewers. We forgot it was the first day of AX so we saw a bunch of nerds going around in cosplay and whatnot. I didn't realize how loud anime nerds are until my friend and I walked around.

Yea, Daikokuya is that expensive sushi restaurant right? I've been there only once.
Egh, AX-- I don't know if I could ever handle all whatever days of that.

Daikokuya is the really good ramen house. Fresh noodles, the soup was GREAT, it was hearty and porky. They boil the pork marrow for hours which gives the soup a rich flavor. Also their chashu is so ******** tender and full of flavor and they give a generous heap.
