My old boss used to be like that. It is hard to work in a homophobic environment. I quit that job because my boss was finding stupid reasons why I shouldn't advance wage-wise. I worked for six months and I started at minimum. Everyone else she hired got at least $8/hr. By the end of my working period, I was working for $7.50/hr. She gave raises to everyone during the high sale period in the summer, that's where the extra 50 cents came from. But I know there are worse ways of getting discriminated against at work other than wage docking. sad

This one customer came in and just because she had short hair and tom boyish clothes they automatically assumed she was lesbian and after she left they started bashing her and going through her bank information. It was ridiculous. Blah, guess it just wasn't my day emo
