Base off the list, Ceresmon has only 3 "Evolves From List and Cherrymon is the only one that is listed as a Normal.
But to make sure how the rules really go i would like that the Mutant Digivolve not be made until either Kaos or Lief looks at it to make sure if everything is right.
X Kaos X Yes Robert is right; only when there isn't any normal rank digimon available do you move up to the next rank, so Cherrymon would be the only option in this case. I would ask you to please remove/delete the art. Spectral can still dedigivolve to Cherrymon if he so wishes or leave it at Ceresmon and still retain the ability to dedigivolve the Olympian for another time
Edit: Those rules were for DMA and not our current source, Wikimon. In the attempt of plugging possible loopholes, we had changed it for rank alone to matter. I can't seem to find the specific thread mentioning this, so either the thread got deleted or the mods at the time had the discussion on skype. I'll edit this post if I find the link ^^;
This would be a fault on my part for not updating the rules accordingly. Sorry for the confusion!
RhinaRhina It does also say that they have to be the same attribute though. That was why I was confused. Cherrymon is Virus and both Ceresmon and Blossomon is Data.

Yep that should be right, it would go to the normal form
