That's shinobi yochi~ and I don't even know if that's still in act.
Here, you just have to wait for chuunin to make a custom weapon (or two).

Or maybe I'll have a strange character, He'll look and act clam, but he'll be pulling pranks left right and centre, never take battle serious, only fighting to pull a joke on his opponent xD

Best of luck finding a jester looking guy. The sites I use are always 80% female pictures... and then that 80% is 75% dirty. ^ ^;;

Hey Shin, would Confetti Bombs count as a custom weapon, all I Want to do is replace Smoke bombs with Confetti Bombs. basically instead of Smoke it's just allot of Confetti. sweatdrop
