"Sorry, I guess I'm alittle more nervous than I care to say." Carlos replied to Shadow sincerely, choosing not to grind through his mind what Aurora meant, or how to react to it. It sounded like they were family, but she says she met him. 'Perhaps adopted' He reasoned to himself before removing his mind from the topic.
"It's, uh, quite a big place here isn't it?" Carlos mentioned, attempting to start a topic to break the ice. First impressions mean alot. He screwed that up, so he hoped to redeem himself.

"Hey, that was an accident but unfortunatly not uncommon back then when I was a little too serious about my work." Shadow said too Aurora, he wasn't in the least bit suprised that she rememebr that btu he felt even worse abotu the welcome that he gave to Cassidy. He looked at Carlos for a moment without saying anything. For some reaosn unknown to him Carlos reminded him of the wolf from earlier but he shrugged it off. "Yes, verry big."

aurora laugh " well i was the one sneaking around at the time" she said looking at shadow and then to carlos smiling "hope nothing bad going to happen" she though to herself as she was smiling

"How do you get around without getting lost?" Carlos asked inquisitively, directing the question to both of them. "I know that when I head back inside I'll never find the room where I started. Mind you, it's a beautiful place nontheless. The magnificance of a victorian art gallery with the size and space of a castle. It'll probably take me months before I can even find a bathroom." Carlos chuckled, hoping that joking and joymaking may put him at a better start.

He then looked to carlos once more, "I have a mind for things liek this, very good memeory. Generals are no good if they cannot recall the position of thier regiments on the field. That and being head of security ensures that you remember sicne you wander the halls constantly."

"I see. Makes sense why you can remember then, but perhaps I should be more like the general and keep pins in a map. My memory mapping is atrocious, but if I can figure some key points I can make my way through." Carlos replied. "Well, I don't wish to overstay my welcome, so I'll leave you two in peace. Aurora knows where my room is, probably better than I do, so try there if you need me, I can't see why I'll be too busy to help."
With a slight wave similar to the one he had used for greeting, Carlos waved goodbye as he turned to find the enterance and return to what seemed to him the labyrnth of his new home.

Shadow smiled lightly, "I know you forgave me for that a long time ago. I am glad you did otherwise things might have ended up more than a little awkward back then." Shadow said to Aurora as he stroked her hair. Shadow gave a half hearted wave to Carlos as he left for the mansion. "See you."

aurora opened her eye "good to know that your getting along a bit with carlos" she said smiling ans put her hand out getting her bag "hum.. i hope i still got it in here" she said to herself "ah here it is" she pulled out a camra "i buy a camra so i can photo of good memories "she smiled and took a pic of shadow and giggled

Shadow shook his head after she took the picture with a smile on his face, "You young ones and your crazy new things. It is no wonder people these days have such terrible memories." Shadow said, joking. He did think having the camera was a good idea.

Shadow messed up Aurora's hair and laughed. "I can understand that you don't want to forget the good times... I don't wish to forget them either. I would never wish too forget." Shadow said with a smile too Aurora.

Shadow let out a thunderous laugh as Aurora tackled him. "We should gather all the pictures together and store them somewhere safe. So we can look back on then when ever we want. So, yes, your idea is a very good one."
