Anonymooo Toastbusters Shitshitshit... I actually just started thinking about how much my human limits are gonna' totally 'cause problems in this thing. I know I could easily keep up combat-wise with all those demons and vampires, but now I'm thinking about stuff like speed, and flight... And tenacity, too. Oh well. I'll try... Doesn't matter how strong or how fast they are--if they make a stupid move, punish them for it with better technique. 3nodding That is a mightily kickass pic, Jak. Who did that? And ******** A, Vizzle, you're FAST for a lineman--but I can see why the linebacker would have to be faster. I think it was .6 for my school, since the football coach would hand us some of his guys every now and then to run with our sprinters. 3nodding Thanks, but the speed doesn't last, I trip up a lot because I can reach the speed, but I can't keep it. I'll hit, stay there for a few seconds, then my feet start tripping up and I'll eventually have to slow down, or I get tossed forward on my head. Someone told me exercising with a jump-rope would help me with that, so I guess I'll need to see if that's true. Until then, I'll stick with short bursts -_-

@Darth: I guess it is opinion. It did get pretty hard towards my third year, and High school doesn't move too fast, I'm sure. But if you can stay focused I think it's pretty easy. Probably a lot easier because you basically use the same alphabet, and 60% of English is derived from Latin. Helps to remember definitions, suffixes, prefixes, and so forth. I think Latin is 90% about endings. Every word has multiple endings depending on the case, tense, and so forth. If you can get a good system for memorizing them all, then you're set.
In English, it's pretty simple. For verbs, you have a word like "Slap." Past tense is "slapped" like most verbs. Plurperfect, future perfect, or what-have-you is usually by adding helping verbs, like "would have slapped."
@Hiroki: A little less than twice the speed of sound. I dunno, sounds fair to me, but technically that speed probably could incapcitate or kill. I think it'd be a nice cut-off point. Again, anything above hypersonic (Mach 5, five times the speed of sound) is almost superfluous just so one can say "My character is faster."

Samwise somethingorother, he does a ton of art for Blizzard. 3nodding Kakuro is... wow. Sudoku's entertaining, challenging, and rewarding, but Kakuro makes your head explode. xp

Yeah, ah well thats fine with me, I account for anything I need to. it's mainly his top speed that is that anyways, and like I said his body isn't normal so it can handle it.
Yay! I'm making a Shino (from Naruto) 2D rpg! Just finished the first base sprite, so it's now easier to do the rest from here on out!

Cool, Mooo. I had read up on yours against Tru. Then I really hope we do get pitted against each other. You did say speed fighters would be fun for Mooo. And I bet Curse could really get along with Mooo, too. He's really at the tournament as part of an investigation.

@Cael: What you say is indeed true... (about the body being unable to cope with that speed) ...but to Fierce - who can take a high-megaton nuke to th'face and be completely unaware of and unaffected by it - durability isn't a question. There is very little he can't accomplish physically...the entire point behind his existence as a character is to be extremely hard to even beat, and all but impossible to kill....which is why he wasn't entered here.
Deity's normal character can't move anywhere near as fast as his devil characters, or Curse from the sound of it. O=; He, too, is actually running, and lacks the ability to turn into energy or anything, so that's probably why. Deity can run fast enough to make a lap around Earth in just under four minutes... < <; ...that's at top speed.
@Whoever: It's gettin' late, monkeys...Deity's gonna beat it. Twas fun chatting...bye bye. =P

@Deity: Haha, he sounds really cool. A megaton nuke would fry Curse. His speed would hopefully get him the hell out of there, though.
Yeah, I want to keep him fast in this tournament. It's really his saving grace. He's not supernaturally strong, nor can he even take a bullet. His speed and element must be his ultimate offense and defense. But if Deity is the character you have in the tournament, who can lap around the world in four minutes, he'd be faster than Curse for this tourney. Plus, Curse can't do the energy thing in the tourney because of the rules, but I respect that. I'll make his movement blurring when he runs over a long distance from now on, and faster than a blink at close-quarters.
Night Jak. Night Deity.
Lucky ye who get release. Insomnia's kicking in again tonight.

Thanks, Moo.
I should be going to bed myself.. But at the same time, I know I won't be getting up until noon, and I hate that.. So I'm tempted to stay up all night and day.

Hey, Mooo. About how much force do you have Mooo generating per a full-contact, strong punch? Do you have it pegged down? Basically, how hard can he hit in pounds of pressure with his best punch?
And what does he like to throw?
