Okay that makes more sense to me now... CLEARED - Night of the Double Moon.

Platform of the Twlight
This technique uses the rays of the moon to create a solid platform with the power to levitate. However, this technique requires the moons rays and the platform itself ceases to exist out side of the rays. However, when used in conjunction with technique Moon Shadow, the platform will move with the moons rays giving it the ability to remain in motion.

Invocation: Art of Hemophobia

This genjutsu technique does not require any hand signs. The technique is automatically activated when the Castor's blood touches the skin of someone else, whether that be direct contact on naked skin or seepage through clothing. When the blood touches the skin the castor's chakra enters through the skin and mixes with the opponents chakra. The chakra will quickly reach the opponents brain and cause him to relive his most horrifying experience.

Twilight Assassination.

Pt. 1: The Gekkou Virus- Strain #T66 (Item)

In an attempt to find a cure for the virus that has ravenged their bodies for generations, the medics of the Gekkou Clan have created an even more malignant strain it. This virus has a short live in open air so it is not airborne. However it moves fast through the blood stream causing the damage that would take a normal virus thirty years to accomplish takes this strain a mere 10 minutes. This would be carried around in six plastic test tubes

pt. 2: The Attack- Assassination of the Bloody Moon

This technique was created by Aramaki originally as a variation of the Lunar Lotus. Eventually it became so different that it deserved its own name. (First you have to understand that both his Katana and his tanto are already drenched in the Strain #T66) First, Aramaki would create illusionary clones that can not harm the opponent but look coporeal enough to seem real. Second the illusions and Aramaki would surround the opponent and circle around him at varying speeds and making random changes of directions. Aramaki could have out his tanto or his katana to start the technique but will eventually use both. He would normally start off with the tanto because of the better maneuverability. At the same time all of the clones will raise swords for a downward slash but Aramaki would find himself behind the opponent and instead stab him in the back with the tainted sword. THe stab will be relatively lethal but not be an instant death sentence, simply something to lessen the chances of the opponent blocking the second strike. The second strike will happen within a few seconds of the first. When Aramaki reaches the front of his opponent and this time makes an upward stab this time into the opponents throat crushing his larynx and probably going all the way to the other side again with a tainted blade. Since the blades are tainted with #T66 even if the blade scratches the opponent the damage will be done, just at a slower pace.

Eh... Due to the fact that this is unsupported with reasoning to how it can be created and its virtually impossible to create an 'ice giant' that is impervable to fire. So until you can give me logical thinking as to how this can be created, I'll be giving this a big NO!

My bad I forgot to separate those two. No, though they are meant to be used together in the Twilight Assassination, The Gekkou Virus- Strain #T66 (Item) and Assassination of the Bloody Moon are two separate made ups.

Bone Symphony- this technique creates multiple weapons or instruments that are usable for fighting or just to create sounds. its purpose is to unlock the special genjutsu and other things involving sound for Kakuou.

Bone Melody- a technique that utilizes the bone symphony to create a flute of bone. when played correctly the sound waves will cause the opponent to fall into a genjutsu where they believe they have broken all of their bones. if they try to move they will fell excruciating pain.
