A.Dream.Within.A.Dream. Also. This is a random question but like, is there any way to meet other gay people without outing yourself (I'm starting to think I'm not ready for it)? And in any event, there are no out people in my school. So coming out to them would be a bad idea. So basically, are there groups for meeting other gay teens or something?
Wearing purple around your wrist is supposed to signify queerness in girl (right wrist=single, left wrist=taken), but I've only ever noticed on a few strangers. If that random fact might help at all.
Does your school have a GSA or anything? I guess not, if you're serious about there not being any out people. But, noting?

Okay so update on my ex...
She's in love with someone else.
She told me she cares about me and that's why she doesn't want to have a relationship with me. She doesn't think things will work with this other person but she says because she cares about me she doesn't want a relationship with me. She doesn't want to use me... god... this sucks so much.

she's your ex for a reason, right? regardless of whether she broke up with you or vice versa, there was a reason... do you really want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you?
there are plenty of other people in the world!

so you're going to put your life on hold for something you're not even sure of?
i've always believed that we've had full control over the way we feel... she's just one person and if she is going to alter your life in such a way that you give up potentially better opportunities than you're letting her have too much control over the one life you have.

My life isn't "on hold" I live every day as much as I normally live. I'm open to something else coming along, but this is more powerful than anything I've ever felt before. And I do NOT believe emotions can be controlled... that's why they are emotions not actions.

I personally believe that emotions can be controlled. Just because someone treats you a certain way doesn't mean you have to respond in any set way. If someone says something with the intent to hurt you, you can choose to not be hurt by it, and if someone says they love you, you can choose to love them back or not. It might be hard because humans have a natural desire to be connected to someone, but it is in your power to act on your best interests in any situation, it's just a matter of applying that power.

I think i'm falling for a girl at school. And I can tell you, I don't think i've ever had a crush before this. Nothing has ever been this wonderful or terrifying. I'm always trying to make sure I don't do/say anything stupid around her. And just seeing her makes me smile. Thinking about her makes my heart skip a beat. Ah. I could live off this feeling for forever...
But alas, I have no chance.
She's bi, yeah, but i'm not up to her standards. I'm not beautiful enough for her, it's so heartbreaking. I mean, I know I am, she hasn't said anything like that. Haha.
But I just hope against all hope sometimes, that it will work out...
Because she's just perfect.

They have issues saving up for plane tickets though. It's really sad because they're so in love. I'm really scared of going off to college in a year because Molly and I are most likely going to be separated *shudders* it'll work though. At least whereever you're going will most likely keep you distracted though? sweatdrop Nah, because it's not a vacation or anything. I have to get a job and do shitloads of AP work and stay on my diet and all that s**t. I'm going off to my summer home where there are no kids my age and no cable TV and watching Aladdin gets boring after about 200 times. I want her to come visit me crying but I doubt my mom will let her. Ouch...that sucks muchness. Studying for the AP tests durring the SUMMER? What subjects? Aw man, that really sounds like a crappy deal. AP Calc and AP Environmental Science how is ap enviromental science? i'm considering taking it
