So the Guild Homepage said that a person could enter whichever Branch he wants, so this must be included in the p.m. with the character information or done in another manner?

PM works best to get a hold of Clash, it may take a while; but he'll do it. Though he does back read everything so even if you posted it here it just may get it as well.
