Kenkaru surprised Actually kakashi have the same manbgekyou than Itachi the only different is the shuriken form but thats because kakashi showed a technique that Itachi havent show. However in the japanese naruto game you can use those techniues as Itachi and the sharingan they show is the same as Kakashi. Which game cuz I've played all 4(gekitou ninja taissen) of the gamecube ones and all 3 of the ps2(narutimate hero) ones and it wasn't far enough in the story for kakashi's sharingan to go beyond it's matured stage.

Mangekyo doesn't change looks when doing an ability dear, it only changes if it is a different type of Mangekyo, believe me. They are different, and yes Itachi has that ability also, it is just that, Mangekyo doesn't change on abilities. Does Sasuke's sharingan turn into squares when he uses abilities with it, NO, so neither does mangekyo
