Where you were born and where you were raised are both overwintering roost sites of the monarch butterfly. The west coast monarchs migrate to California. The ones on the other side of the rocky mountains migrate to Mexico. Do you see many monarch butterflies? I love the monarch, if you haven't already guessed. One of my favourite things about summer is the return of the monarch butterfly.
I'm not really sure why but I'm in a pretty talkative mood right now. It's better that I type instead talk though because, unfortunately, I do have a bit of a sore throat right now. Luckily it only just started. I was singing in a concert last night and it hadn't had a chance to affect my singing by that point. Anyway, I better stop rambling.
