Concrete Clones: The Bunchin's Masashi creates are harder than any other, taking far more dmage to disperse.
Or
Sensory Deprivation: Masashi and his constructs are invisible to Sensor-type abilities and Shinobi.

Aaaahhh... the first seems more allowable. Maybe something more along the lines of:
"Concrete Clones: Masashi can add up to [15] additional chakra into each clone he creates, allowing them to withstand more punishment equivalent to the chakra added."
or
"Concentrated Clones: The clones Masashi create are moderately more durable. Able to withstand a bit more punishment before dispersing."
