══════════════════════════════════════════[Enter]On the way to the training grounds, Lucy observed those around her, as any curious person would. It indeed had been a long time since she last walked in this village. By the time she noticed it, she had already arrived at the training grounds. The first thing that called her attention was the smell of something that had been slightly burned. As if someone had just made it rain tiny cinders. Lucy took a look around to see who was training there, wondering if she would find anyone who would pick her interest. 'What a crowded place.' she thought as a grin, hidden by her mask, continued to replace her calm expression.
At first she didn't walk to them, but just watched them from underneath a tree. She was in the mood for watching them train. Counting those who looked like teachers, Lucy could see six shinobi. All of them seemed to be ordinary with only one exception, the bearded one, for some reason that she didn't know how to explain.══════════════════════════════════════════Ͼhakra Ҏoints - ?/?

Mifune smiled at the prospect of a little competition even if it was from a rather cute girl. He watched as she performed the ninjutsu with relative ease. He smiled and began to let his chakra seep into his lungs and began to raise the temperature until he could feel it sufficiently ready for the jutsu. He then severed the flow of chakra to his lungs and then repeated the process. He was an Uchiha he had to get his lungs used to Katon ninjutsu and now was as good a chance as any.
He was not particularly good at chakra control but it was in his blood to this he would not let himself get outdone by anyone other than another Uchiha and even then it was iffy. He took a deep breath and filled his lungs with chakra and ignited it as he exhaled skyward. The blazing fire spewed from his mouth and expanded in air before quickly burning out and raining back around him. He was on a roll now he glared at Amber with a desire for more and said," Bring on the next one. I can take it."

|| Suiton || Speed/Chakra Control || Improved Chakra Control (-1 ninjutsu) || Ryuujin, as his nature, quickly got impatient watching the other fire ninja practice blowing embers. He climbed further into his tree to scope out some entertainment. He spotted a mask-wearing newcomer on the edge of the training ground. Out of a pocket on the front of his jacket he pulled out a kunai. this is either really awesome or really stupid... Ryuujin threw the kunai with all his force about 5 feet in front of the ninja and immediately launched himself off the branch in hopes to catch her attention and delight in a little conversation. {Can i interact with NPCs?}

══════════════════════════════════════════With the sight of a kunai getting stuck to the ground five feet in front of her, she slightly turned her head to see where it came from. Noticing a boy that jumped off a tree, she didn't move an inch in reaction to the kunai but she turned her head to him. "May I be of help?" the soft voice of a woman could be heard, coming from behind the mask. 'What is he up to?' Lucy wondered.══════════════════════════════════════════Ͼhakra Ҏoints - ?/? "Well, frankly, i'm not much in the mood for watching these guys practice while i get splinters, and you looked like you'd be a bit of fun. So what're you doing here and what's with the mask?" {lol not you, but i noticed one earlier, and in situations where there is one, i was wondering if i could..}

"As for the mask." she continued while moving one of her hands close to the mask. "It's part of my job." she gave him a simple reply, without any hesitation in her voice. The wind blew and brought a refreshing breeze, that slightly moved her cloak with its flow. She waited for his reply, still wondering what he was up to.══════════════════════════════════════════Ͼhakra Ҏoints - ?/? (it would depend on the NPC, as genin you can't play the role as important NPCs such as NPC teachers, librarians, gate keepers)

What is your job, exactly? Are you an ANBU for the village?" Ryuujin was starting to rethink his decision. In his experience, a woman crossing her arms isn't a sign of happiness or enjoyment. He wasn't too worried though. He was quite the charmer.

"I'm not an ANBU of this village and even though the mask is part of my job, I'm not here to work." she replied with a tone that showed that this was not the funniest and most interesting chat in the world. But if it continued like that, she would have to lead the chat on her own way.  AmberKonohagakure - Jounin | Teaching Master | Katon | Fuuton | Raiton Face unchanging, Amber watched, semi-bored, as the young genin learned themselves the flare technique. 'Pretty fast...not bad.' "Alright kiddies, time to move on." Reaching into her back pouch, Amber pulled out a shuriken and began to play with it using her right hand. "So we've just learned how to mold the air within our lungs into fire and create a flare. Now, we're gonna create a flame that lasts much longer. The Katon: Shuriken no Jutsu, a simple jutsu which will allow us to coat a projectile in a coat of fire after launching it. Same idea as before except that the fire is to be exhaled outward." Tossing the shuriken towards a nearby dummy, Amber quickly went through some quick handsigns to help mold the chakra infused air within her lungs into fire. Exhaling outward, a small flame blazed from her mouth towards the shuriken, surrounding it in a coat of fire. The flaming shuriken hit the training log and the fire burned the surrounding wood before disappearing. "There you have it. As for the handsigns," Bringing her hands to her chest, Amber once more went through the handsigns for the technique but in slow-motion.
Off to the distance, a certain gate guard made his way into the training grounds and took to the shadows. His target was currently 5 feet away and talking to another genin. At the moment, she seemed to be keeping to herself so there'll be no reason to restrain her but it would be best if he remained deligient in his watch.
{@ Karnitis: Most NPCs in Leaf are run by me and I usually only rp them for training purposes. I would suggest going to the npc request tread and asking for a teacher. I'm pretty full atm with teaching. Generally you can interact with an NPC if someone is rping them but like I said,they are mainly for training purposes.
@Beatriz: This NPC was following you from the hotel. He's most likely not gonna do anything unless you do any threatening actions though you are under suspicion atm. Let me know if you feel I'm steppping out of bound and cheating.}
Katon: Shuriken no Jutsu (Fire Release: Shuriken Technique)

Description: A relatively basic katon, this one uses chakra to coat a metal shuriken or a kunai with fire. It is done so that the user first throws the shuriken, then exhales from his or her mouth a small flame that ignites the chakra-coated projectile. If the attack succeeds, not only will your opponent be hurt by the shuriken or kunai, but he will also suffer from burns.
Note: Only one projectile at a time.

That last addendum was more for himself than for her, to prove he was,in fact, quite the charmer. Ryuujin decided to...take a new persona, to try and spice things up. If she wanted to be mystique and shadows, he would try his 17-year-old best to imitate that. "Call me Morii." He bent down slowly and plucked the kunai from the ground and began toying with it without his eyes leaving the kunoichi. "I assume then that you're some kind of assassin from another village? Funny. I never really pegged your type as one that took many vacations." Ryuujin tried to sound as suave as possible, making that last line sound not like a joke, but as a silent inquiry as to why she was here. Which, I assume, is the same tactic any good ninja might do in this suitation. Which meant that I, an itty-bitty genin, must look foolish trying to imitate. Crap. Ryuujin kept up his stone face, though, and tried not to let his thoughts show.

At that moment, what called her attention was someone who tried to sneak into the training grouds unnoticed. She doubted that anyone in the village would dare to attack her so she didn't care about that, it would just cause trouble for the Hokage herself. With her attention back to the boy, she noticed the change in his behavior as his tone became different. "You may call me an assassin if you want, all of us shinobi will end up killing someone one day. I took this little vacation because I was allowed to." the woman said, but before any word could come out from Morii's mouth, she decided to introduce herself. And I agree; death is a large part of any ninja's life. However, there are those who do it face to face, and those who do it best with a knife in the back. If I may be so bold to ask, to whom exactly do you serve?" He hoped he wasn't coming off as too much of an a**, but he was just rolling with the situation. That, and obviously Lucy wasn't acting like a friendly neighbor either. Ryuujin would describe it as civil, but not much more. Ryuujin was getting the feeling that she felt a little high-and-mighty and above him.
Kind of like an Uchiha to be honest, and I don't much appreciate it.

"My my, you're getting a bit too ahead of yourself." she said and continued after a small pause. "I have orders to not tell where I'm from nor who is my superior, even if I'm not working so...I can't tell you that." she said. Her tone was becoming friendlier as she spoke. At that moment, her mask was bothering her. Lucy moved it a bit away from her face before adjusting it back. The most that would be seen at that moment, would be her left eye along with part of her face. Grey color, mixed with light blue. Her eyes were hard to forget and Lucy never changed their color, even when performing the transformation technique.══════════════════════════════════════════Ͼhakra Ҏoints - ?/?

Chuckling because he was worried about being a p***k and yet she was getting friendlier. though not in that way, of course. He smirked, realizing that he was getting back on track like he had been hoping to. He noticed he adjust her mask and, as he normally did, his eyes went to look at her skin. Instead, he was immediately drawn to her eyes--eye. It was like pieces of sapphire hidden in a rock cliff. No, bits of clear sky seen through dark storm clouds. No, that wasn't it either. To get it right, Ryuujin wanted to see her other eye. And the face that fits it all together. Somehow, he would. Or, he hoped anyway. He was 17, Ryuujin realized, but he'd try his hardest. "Then can I try and guess where you're from, and you wink if I get it right?" Ryuujin let there be a short pause. "Right, mask. Actually, yeah, how about i try and guess and you let me see the other half of your face wink?" He took a few short steps closer to her, trying to look a mix of suave, charming, and alluring.
