*cries* I accidentally cooked my meat. :C
Now i'm worried..... the meanings of that are endless.... mind giving a full and comprehensive explanation?
I fully cooked my meat I normally eat.
I meant to defrost it since I eat meat raw but I cooked it all the way through.
(cow meat)
(Though this does bring up an interesting time that I Accidentally cut open my Other meat........ya that was painful)
O_o Ouch.
Isn't raw meat unhealthy?
confused nope. people were actually designed to eat raw meat like all other animals that eat meat. so it's fine, it's more a cultural thing than anything else! (that and people like to make sure it's thoroughly cooked and not just warmed to get rid of any bacteria etc)
^
The meat I have was actually from a restaurant.
It is actually high standards of food industries to throw out expired foods. (the place I get it from gets the good cuts, so it is all quite disease free)
But due to their higher standards they throw it away while it is still good for 2-3 days.
So I take it and freeze it.
Defrost in a pan and eat it while it is still raw and bloody.
(odd I know, But I love blood and raw meat)
However that only works with red meats.
White meats are quite....different and can make you very sick if it is not cooked properly.
Also it was proven years ago that the most Nutritious food in the planet is actually blood.
o3o
Very healthy, Low in fat, And usually tasty.
(Oddly I found that a side effect of eating raw meats and blood frequently is actually a natural growth of canines and incisors, So mine are larger then normal.
It is an interesting natural side effect)
