Lakayna only smiled when Axel jumped. Her smile soon faded however, when Hikari explained what one of the kids; Shock; was to her. Even though she too was surprised, Lakayna calmly walked over to Hikari's side, holding out her hand. "May I?" she asked, referring to seeing Hikari's past. Lakayna wanted Hikari to touch her hand with her own bare hand. She knew that Jack and some of the others would still be skeptical. If Lakayna saw the memories, she could prove it to the others. Well, it wasn't just that. The lavendernette sorta still needed to be sure herself.

The silvernette looked at Lakayna, who spoke before everyone else. She looked at her hand, apparently wanting to look into her past. Her past was painful, making Hikari hesitant to let her see. But it would be very easy for the rest of the group to object to her claim that she had a daughter. At least then Lakayna would be something of a witness. Keeping her eyes on the dragon girl, she slipped off one of her white gloves, exposing her pale hand and clasped it with Lakayna's, letting her see what Hikari has been through. ((I'll PM you what Lakayna sees, so don't post here until you read the PM))

Riku raised a brow at her. Xehanort. Of course, he seemed to be the root of a lot of problems lately. He listened to her speak and before he could say anything he was distracted by a pumpkin to Axel's face that exploded. he turned to see three small children laughing and then get ready to run but the one stayed, saying something about "Mom" and looking at Hikari. The teen's mouth dropped at the words that came out of his sister mouth and he looked over at the kids. "Okay. What the hell?!" he barked, completely confused.

Lakayna's eyes, as they always did when she was about to see the past of a person for the first time, turned milky. Her vision of reality cut off, the lavendernette began to see and feel Hikari's past as if it were her own. She'd never seen anything like it.
Lakayna watched, through Hikari's eyes, as an infant was taken away from her family, all but forgotten by her own parents due to a strange flash of red light. Lakayna watched a tiny child experimented on day after day, restrained in a chair by leather straps. She felt Hikari's pain as she pleaded for the scientists to stop, but she was exposed to darkness as a punishment for trying to escape.
The years of Hikari's life flashed past, more experiments, more torture and pain. Lakayna watched a young teenage girl refusing to give up her heart to darkness, refusing to give into Xehanort's wishes. The sixteen year old felt the pain and fear when Hikari was struck down and exposed her eyes to the light when the darkness enshrouding her heart was too deep for the light, too much for Hikari to bear. Lakayna watched as Hikari was forced into bed; literally raped; by the very same man.
Lakayna watched as Hikari brought a baby to Halloween Town to hide her, leaving her to be raised by a pair of witches. She wanted to hide the child from the scientist because she didn't want her baby to suffer the same cruel fate.
More scenes flashed past Lakayna's vision, of Hikari releasing Heartless into the worlds, of her guiding Riku through Castle Oblivion. She even saw the girl watching as Sora fought enemy after enemy, even as he met Oogie Boogie and the two boys in the Deadly Playroom. Hikari was always off to the side, well hidden by shadows and undetectable to Sora or the to friends that traveled with him, Donald and Goofy.
The visions ended when the memories caught up with the present. Lakayna's eyes returned to normal, but she realized quickly she'd been crying through everything. Whether it'd been the pain she was experiencing in the memories, or just the knowledge of what Riku's sister had been through, or even a combination of the two, Lakayna didn't know. She released Hikari's grip and wiped her eyes.
Lakayna looked to everyone, her eyes filled with honesty. "Hikari's telling the truth," she said. (edited)

Naminé Miss Memory Witch
Naminé nodded at Kairi, in agreement with her other when she said she hoped it was Sally and the Doctor and not anyone wanting to cause trouble. Kairi was quiet for a few moments and Naminé caught flashes of confused and conflicted feelings coming from the crimsonette but they soon dissapeared as she grinned and then spoke to the blonde. Naminé smiled back, her smile identical to Kairi's, though a bit more shy perhaps. "Right!" She laughed. That was when Hikari spoke up to Jack, obvious that she was hiding information from them. Jack called her out on it and Roxas asked if anyone else got the feeling they were being watched. Now that he mentioned it... the prickling sensation Naminé had been pushing away pushed stronger at her and she glanced about uneasily.
Hikari began to ramble on about some girl and having to hide her in Halloween Town so Xehenort couldn't mess with her like she had with Riku's twin. Every seemed really confused except for Roxas, who seemed to be putting things together. He began to speak but before he could get far along in his sentance, he was hit in the face with a pumpkin that promptly blew up upon impact. "Roxas!" Naminé shouted as he staggered back. Her eyes flashed as she heard a storm of giggles erupt around them and then three children leapt ouf rom behind Axel, who yelled and jumped back in surprise. The trio however, had dissapeared before popping up in front of Sora. Naminé knew these three from Sora's memories. Lock - the devil - Shock, the Witch and Barrel, the boy in the skeleton costume. The three began to took amonst themselves but it was the witch that turned to Hikari and called her mom. Instantly, Naminé's crystaline eyes widened and the girl turned to look at Hikari. Everyone else looked at her to and Hikari didn't object; rather she told Riku to meet his neice.
"Oh... My..." Naminé gasped, one of her delicate hands flying to her mouth. Lakyna asked Hikari if she could view the silvernettes past and Riku's Twin obliged. After a few long, tense moments, and after Riku barked out at his sister, Lakayna came out of her trance. Tears had been flowing freely down her face and the dragoness turned to everyone, saying that Hikari was telling the truth. Naminé now understood what Hikari had been talking about. The petite blonde paled and uttered one word; a name. "Xehenort." Oh, god. She'd always known he was unstable but to do something like this... "Oh, Hikari..." Naminé mumbled. Just exactly how many horrors did Riku's Twin have to live through?

Thinking of you, wherever you are. Kairi Princess of Heart Kairi continued to smile when Naminé agreed with her. The Princess' smile soon vanished though as angry voice broke out. Hikari told Jack that the Transpooker wasn't there, and Jack told her to stop leading them astray. Sora got in between the two to try and stop the Pumpkin King from advancing on Hikari. The Keybearer then looked at Hikari and told her that she had better tell them what was going on. Kairi again heard someone walk up alongside her, this time the person took her hand as well. She looked over and saw Ari holding her hand. The younger brunette looked worried, and the crimsonette could see why. Kairi gave Ari's hand a gentle, comforting squeeze and said "Don't worry Ari, I'm sure things will turn out okay." The red head herself was worried though for both Roxas and Lakayna had said they felt someone was watching them. Kairi thought back to when they were going to the lab and how she felt someone had been watching them then. Was it the same person? Lakayna then said in a firm tone that now was not the time for any arguements about who took what, and she was quite right. The crimsonette watched as Riku walked over to his twin and grabbed her arm in a comforting way asking what was wrong. Hikari didn't look him in the eye, and Kairi felt sad. Whatever was going on must be really hurting her. Finally Hikari said it was her fault. That she hide her here from Xehenort so he wouldn't do the same things he did to Hikari on her. Axel asked what Kairi had been thinking, who's her? The silvernette then started explaining things, but Kairi didn't understand much of it. She heard Xehenort's, Oogie Boogie's, and Maleficent's names, so the Princess knew that what had happened must have been bad. Roxas seemed to get something the others didn't, but before he could finish his sentence a pumpkin flew into their area and blew up in his face and causing him stagger to back. The crimsonette heard a fit of giggles and then saw three kids suddenly appear behind Axel, making him jump and yell in surprise. There was a small witch, a boy in a devil costume, and a boy in a skeleton costume. Just as quickly as they had appeared the trio disappeared again, then popped up in front of Sora shouting "Boo!". When they saw all the angry faces, the boy in the skeleton costume suggested they run, and they began to scurry away. The witch stayed though. She mentioned the Transpooker, but that went right past Kairi. She stared at Hikari. The little witched had looked and the silvernette and called her mom. Mom?! Was that a nickname, or was that witch really Hikari's daughter? Hikari then told Riku to meet his niece. Lakayna asked Hikari if she could see her past, and the lavendernette confirmed it. Lakayna had been crying the whole time she saw Hikari's past, and from what Kairi felt from Naminé, she knew it had to be true. "Hikari..." Kairi whispered as she looked at Riku's twin with sad eyes. She had been through so much pain. The Princess wished there was some way she could comfort her. We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend.

Blink looked around at everyone as jack accused Hikari of trying to mislead them. He then watched as Lakaya took Hikari's hand and looked at her memories. Blink let out a sigh of relieve. Blink eyes sadden as he thought off the things hikari could have been through, "Poor Hikari" he said to himself under his breath. It must have been hard for to remember some of her memories that she wasent fond off. Blink decided on the spot he would forget the subject and not talk to her about it, He thought it was the right thing to do.

Marly heard more voice, thses he knew immediately. Lock, Shock, and that one other guy. They had once worked for teh side of evil, guided by Oogie Boogie, and the organization had heard of their defeat. Had they joined the side of light? Hm. He frowned, and stood. He thought about revealing himself, but not quite yet, because he was gathering all kinds of information. He doubted that anyone could see him yet, but he knew that they sensed him. Though, for all they knew, the other had seen him, and were saying falsehoods, to put him off. He sighed. If there was even a chance, then the information was nothing. It wasn't quite his thing anyway, that job was more for Zexion, as he wasn't good for much else, as if Lexicon was any kind of weapon. But then again, the other organization members had said this of him, too. They just didn't get art. Marluxia moved over to where they were, maybe going for a little...chat.

Lakayna's nose pricked at the smell of flowers, roses to be exact. It was a very faint smell, but with her draconic senses; Lakayna picked it up. "Someone else is approaching," she said. The dragon girl turned towards the source of the smell and her eyes caught the pink hair of someone she'd seen in Axel's memories from when he'd been in Castle Oblivion. Lakayna waited for the person to approach closer, just so she could be sure.

There are few who'd deny At what I do I am the best For my talents are renowned f a r_ a n d_ w i d e... I, Jack {Skellington} The Pumpkin King & Sora The Keyblade MasterSora watched as Riku came over to talk to Hikari. He let out a sigh of relief. Good, maybe the girl’s twin brother could get something out of her. Jack still seemed to be on edge, but he’d calmed down a bit. He didn’t trust Hikari by any means, but he had to trust Sora’s judgment a little. So he relaxed and waited to hear the girl’s excuse for not wanting to come down to the remains of Oogie’s lair. She started to explain some things that neither the Pumpkin King nor Sora understood, though the brunette started to grasp things as Roxas did. If she’d said second generation, and she was the first… He opened his mouth to both agree and interrupt Roxas when the blonde let out a yell. Sora took a sudden step back in surprise when the pumpkin hit his Nobody and exploded.
Three very familiar children popped up and laughed, then appeared before Axel, spooking him. They next came to Sora, who jumped slightly, but was more annoyed at having them around. The Keyblade flashed into his hands, ready to knock the troublesome Boogie Boys to kingdom come, and Jack shared those feelings by his apparent sour expression. ”What are you three doing here?” the skeleton demanded, then spotted a disk in Shock’s hands. ”The Transpooker!” Sora wasn’t surprised to see that Oogie’s henchmen had stolen the device. However, he was very surprised when Shock turned to Hikari and called her “Mom”. His jaw dropped and he stared at Riku’s sister incredulously. ”She’s kidding, right?” he asked, but that hope was killed the second Hikari told Riku to meet his niece.
Lakayna then read Hikari’s mind to see if she was telling the truth. By the horrified looks on Lakayna’s face, Sora knew that it had to be true. Jack saw this as well, and suddenly felt guilty for being so mean to Hikari. But he’d been somewhat right. Shock was Hikari’s daughter, so she was still somewhat responsible for the Transpooker being stolen. But he wouldn’t point this out. This looked like a tender moment. Sora was in a state of shock. In fact, he had nothing to say. He knew Riku was appalled, and probably hated Xehanort more than anyone thought possible. Sora felt that way too. Good thing Alexander wasn’t around, or else the two boys might have taken their anger out on the responsible man’s son’s Nobody. Ironic: Alexander was like Shock’s half-brother… The brunette shook his head to get the thoughts out of his mind. Lakayna spoke again, this time saying something was coming. This put Sora on full alert, but then Jack grabbed his shoulder. ”You comfort your friend,” he told the boy. ”I’ll go see what it is. Come on, Zero.” The little ghost dog growled in agreement and floated to Jack’s side. Sora nodded. ”If you need my help, I’ll be right here, okay?” the Keyblade Master replied. Jack nodded then left the small group of visitors to deal with their problems. He soon spotted a man with pink hair sauntering over to the group. Zero growled and Jack told him to stay, not that a ghost could really do much to a mortal except spook them. ”Who are you?” Jack demanded, assuming his King of Halloween title. ”What business do you have down here? I haven’t seen you around Halloween Town.” ((Really long!!! ><; ))When it comes to s u r p r i s e s In the moonlit night, I excel without ever even trying.

Marluxia growled back at the little ghost dog. "My buisness is none, at least with you. I need to know....why....I exist. That's all. I have no more missions, because most of my superiors have died. I did, too. Sora should know that. But, I came back. And that is all I demand." he said, then sighed and shook his head. "Ugh. I really can't do serious." he muttered. "Axel, Roxas, even Namine, why are you here? Did you come back, or was I the only one to die?" he asked sadly.

When the pink-haired man came closer to them asking why Axel, Roxas and Namine were back, Lakayna's gold eyes narrowed slightly. From the memories she'd seen from Axel before, the lavendernette knew this man was Marluxia, otherwise known as the Graceful Assassin within the Organization. And remembering what she'd seen from Namine's memories, Marluxia had tried to take over the organization with a blonde woman called Larxene.
Lakayna heard the pinkette's voice as he came closer. She walked a few steps forward, her arms still crossed. "What do you want exactly Marluxia?" Lakayna demanded, her arms crossing over her chest, "I'm pretty sure you want more than just the answers you seek to the questions you've asked." (edited)

Marluxia shook his head. "No. Nothing. The questions I ask, they're only one of so, so many. But I have no more missions. No more... motives, no anything. The Organization...is gone, no need to kill anymore, and...al I need...is to find out why I'm still here, still here after that time. After death. How did I...come back? I was gone, to the darkness, to just empty space. That is the fate of the Nobodies." He said, still looking depressed. "Who's left now? Demyx? Lexaeus? Xaldin? Vexen, or even Larxene? Am I the only other one, aside.." he motioned. "You guys?" he finished.

Lakayna's arms lowered to her sides, but her eyes remained the same. She wasn't convinced at all of the man's motives. He almost sounded sincere, almost. "Why does it matter how you returned?" the dragoness asked, "You're here, so maybe you've been allowed a chance at redemption or something." Lakayna knew that Namine and Roxas weren't here for any reason like that. They'd had help returning. As for Axel though, Lakayna wasn't sure for what reason he'd returned. Maybe the same sort of thing as Marluxia.

There are few who'd deny At what I do I am the best For my talents are renowned f a r_ a n d_ w i d e... I, Jack {Skellington} The Pumpkin King & Sora The Keyblade MasterJack stared at this pink haired man incredulously as he spoke. So he was supposed to be dead or something? And Sora knew him? The skeleton resisted the urge to glance at the spiky brunette and focused his attention on the newcomer. Something struck him as odd about the man, but he couldn’t quite put his bony finger on it. The man requested answers that Jack obviously didn’t have a clue to what they were, so he could only shrug. He felt that Sora would be better off handling this guy, but he had to let the teen help his friends. Lakayna then came over and addressed the man as Marluxia. Well, at least a name had been given. It was strange, though, that the man had been killed and seemingly resurrected, among others. He’d indicated Naminé, Roxas, and Axel. Were they like this man? ”Sir, you’re going to need to be a little more specific,” the Pumpkin King declared. ”You see, I can’t have you stirring things up on this very important day. Things have already been delayed and we can’t afford to lose much more time. So, if you don’t mind, go find the answers elsewhere.”
Sora’s attention was pulled from Hikari and the others as Jack went to go talk to the new guy. Lakayna went off too, so the brunette kept a close eye on the scene. Something wasn’t right. He felt like he should know this man, Marluxia. Even his name and voice felt familiar. He knew he was missing a year of his life that Naminé seemed to know about. And he knew that Marluxia was somehow involved, since Lakayna had known his name without anyone ever stating it. Jack made a bold move and told him to leave, which the Keyblade Master believed wouldn’t go over well. He slowly made his way to Naminé, not wanting to interrupt Hikari’s moment of truth. ”Naminé, who’s that guy?” he asked quickly. ”Just give me a fast recap of what I’ve forgotten. I don’t want him to interfere with Halloween or Hikari, but I have a feeling he will if we just stand around and let him do his own thing.” He was completely willing to take care of it himself. After all, there really wasn’t much he could do for Hikari now. She needed time with her brother and the girls who seemed really good at this comforting stuff. So it was the least he could do to keep who he believed to be bad out of it so they wouldn’t need to worry about it. ((I feel like that was a terrible post. Sorry.))When it comes to s u r p r i s e s In the moonlit night, I excel without ever even trying.
