"A great plan... and how are we going to figure out what we are stacked against?"
He looked at the computer standing near Oracle. He wanted to know, exactly how they were going to get these kids back. And if they could keep these kids safe.
((Right soulless... and I digress (TIGRESS) but seriously I need some sleep... for reals sleep. Also I think that Oracle could get Red Cardinal's message now while she is at the computer as well.))

Oracle began to open and close several screens in front of her, typing in commands. Plugging in a link to a device, the redhead began merging some of the gathered information displayed in front of her. When a road map of Nevada popped up, Babs saw a message in her inbox - seeing it was from Kai.
As Babs took a moment to open the communication, reading it while taping her comm, "Oracle to Red Cardinal, do you read me?"
While waiting for a response from Kai, Babs leaned her head toward Beast Boy, "Hey Gar? Do we actually know how many kids I.O. scooped up, or is that an unknown too?"

He stood and waited for Kai to answer her communicator. Garfield wondered that when, and if Kai had the time to speak he could also speak with her. About some of the information that concerned him from the IO files.

Oracle thought for a moment and turned toward Nightcrawler, "Kurt, right? Could you ask your Professor to use the... Cerebro.. I think you call it, to see if he can verify who's been picked up and who hasn't. From what I've been seeing in the data for I.O., I think they've taken precautions against mentalist. For whatever ones the Professor can't find, we can assume that I.O. has already snatched them up. Would you ask him please?"

Apex didn't respond to Kesshou; he didn't understand why she would trust him. After all, he had barged into this place, aimed a gun at Oracle's head, and had generally acted like a jerk-- not that this upset him. So, he just kept to himself, watching the others.

Kesshou raised an eyebrow. "I'm waiting for an answer Mr. Apex." She then looked to Oracle.
"Sounds like a good plan. And my suggestion from earlier?" She asked Babs before looking back to Apex.

Apex didn't respond; he was still trying to decide on whether to actually help these people or not.
X23, meanwhile, moved next to her adoptive mother and frowned.
"The HYDRA base I was trained at... it often had big trucks bring in supplies. It was privately funded though; SHIELD was its direct opposite... and they wanted me too," she said, still frowning. "These I.O. people... they do to others what was done to me. It scares me."

A young girl's face peeked around the corner into the War Room. The speedster sisters had cleaned up after training, and they were currently in the process of exploring out of curiosity. They had been in this room before of course... but it wasn't the room as much as who was in it.

Songbird leaned up against the wall staring at the screens and blew a long sigh, "Yeah.... Hydra sucks, and if these I.O. is really anythinglike Hydra. Just say when and where, and we'll go nail these scumbags."

Nightshade, who had been resting in a shadow inside the War Room listening in, noticed a blinking computer window open up. Walking up beside Oracle, the dark vigilante points at the screen, "I take it you've been looking for these two Oracle?"
Barbara turned her head to where Des was pointing, and her eyebrows shot up, "Well, I'll be... The Summers just checked into a hotel in Las Vegas.... Not sure what they're up to, but I'm sure it's no good. This might be the opportunity we need guys. Question is: how do you want to handle this? We could tail them. While you're discussing this, I need to make a call."
Switching a channel, Oracle tried to contact Red Cardinal again, "Oracle to Red Cardinal.... WAKE UP!!!! We found the Summers. They just checked into a hotel in Las Vegas. Do you read me?"

Kesshou stared at the screen. "I'll take the tailing job I guess. I'm the least easily noticed other than Nightshade over there. Although I'm sure the darkforce user would be much more useful here as a means of movement."
She stood up, and sighed. "And sense other people in this room" she glanced at Apex, "are not willing to put their two cents in, I'm figuring I'll improvise on this."

Apex was not even paying attention to Kesshou; he was looking at Babs with a frown on his face, still unsure of whether to help these guys or not.
X23, however, did notice Kesshou, and said: "I was trained to track people. I can do it."

Songbird had jumped when Nightshade had moved from the shadow -- fully not expecting that. Then glacing back to Kesshou, Melissa simply nodded, "Yeah, you two definately have the stealth angle covered. What do you need me and Penance to do?"
