"Alright..." Delila frowned at him and his silence. "Why didn't you come back to me?"

Tihalt grinned back "True." He looked around at it "Yeah.. whoever made this put a lot of hard work into it. I wonder who it was for..."

Ro snorted 'Ok Azy... now tell her WHY you didn't think she'd want to see you..' Geez.. she swore getting info from Azaroth was like pulling teeth. She pitied Delilah for having to deal with it now... when she probably just wanted an explanation.

"I know now," he said quietly. "You suffered much."

Ro was almost cackling with amusement at this point. She poised the camera ready to capture the look when she found out HOW he knew NOW. On some level she knew she should probably be more sympathetic towards Az and the troubles he was going through... but the blackmail material was too much to pass up. She'd be sympathetic later... when she had at least 500 pictures.

"You have to understand," Azaroth furiously tried to explain. "I thought you'd betrayed me! It never occurred to me that you would have lied in an attempt to protect me..."
"What?" Delilah stared at him, a different type of disbelief tainting her expression. "How could you ever think that? Azaroth, I loved you. How could you..." It rushed back to her then: the voice, the apparition in the room. She groaned at her own naivety. It was no spirit of forgiveness that had questioned, no, interrogated her. "Alright..." she said slowly, barely keeping her temper in check. By this point she wanted to throw things at him. "You thought I betrayed you," she enunciated the words slowly as she glared. "And then, years later, you show up, lure me off into the dark, and try to scare me...am I getting all this right?"

Yep... there was that look Ro was waiting for. Delilah was PISSED.. rightfully so... even if it was for the wrong thing. Him pretending to be a ghost was the last thing she should be upset about... wait until she found out he cursed her. Ro winced to herself... she might have to shield Azy then. Delilah might try to murder him... and he wouldn't stop her.

Azaroth nodded slowly, accepting each charge without argument or denial. She hadn't even heard the worst of it yet, but damn it, damn him, she deserved to know it all.
Delilah let out a frustrated huff. His silence was maddening. "I am asking you now, Azaroth, Why? Why would you think I'd betrayed you? Why did you run instead of first confronting me? And why all the secrecy, why even approach me now? And don't you Dare give me that silent treatment. I answered everyone of your questions last night, you will answer mine."
"I thought you'd fallen for another," Azaroth breathed out slowly. "I knew very well that I was not alone in seeking your affections. I thought you plotted with one of the others...to rid yourself of me."

Lydia watched the ponies in the area. So many had different stories why they were there, but nonetheless, she was happy for them. Lydia then looked at the necklace she brought and opened it up so it would play some music to entertain her. Nothing much seemed to entertain her here anyways.

"Even if you didn't leave the ball you would still need blood. So you would have to get it from someone." he said. Even if that means getting it from me. he thought to himself. Somehow, he wasn't scared of his current position. He was to nervous over her to worry about himself.

"I know now that I was wrong," he continued still avoiding her eyes. "But at the time I was upset, furious..."
"A little like I am now?"
"Worse..." he answered solemnly. He had to tell her. It must be done, he told himself as he prepared to accept her condemnation.

Ro shook her head. Here it comes... the big bombshell... so to speak. Delilah was already pretty mad... she wondered if she would slap Az after this... or cry. Azy didn't seem the type to do well with tears...

Delilah released a deep sigh. She didn't like the sound of that. Honestly, she didn't like the tone of this entire conversation. "What happened Azaroth?" she asked in a quiet voice, her mind already racing though all the possibilities. After all, she had left suddenly and had never bothered to look back. What if he had extracted his revenge on the village, or her own family? Of course she had never imagined him to be capable of such horrible acts, but then again, it seemed that she was wrong about a lot of things when it came to her former love.
"The truth of the matter is, Delilah," he breathed out slowly. "I am indeed the creature they named me. I have certain abilities..."
