Five times a week total -- two group sessions composed of other Death Eaters selected at random, and three one-on-one sessions that usually don't last more than an hour each.

Hey, if Rowle refused to talk during Hermione's sessions, what would she do. O_O
Threaten him with puppets, Azkaban, or try something else? Like make him write stuff instead?

She would make him draw it out XD If they don't seem willing or comfortable expressing themselves by speaking, she assumes it'll be easier to express feelings through pictures. XD S'why Trayven spends most sessions grinding crayons into the table, he's 'expressing himself'.
If he was just being an asshat, she'd get really frustrated and start warning him that if he failed out of her sessions, he'd be sent back to the Dementors.
