It's a time for a mile I run. I have beaten my previous gouf ^.^
I feel a little stomach sick though, I was making cupcakes and ate too much of both the finished and unfinished products.

No way! I've been eating raw cookie / cake dough since before I could read. Which... was at age 4, cause I was bored.

But considering what people can touch in a day.

Don't eat too much cookie dough, or you could end up like this guy I saw once on an old TV show called Emergency! He ate a whole batch of raw cookie dough and the yeast started to swell up in his stomach, and these to paramedics eventually come to take him to the hospital and his stomach is all swollen up. God it looked painful.

Lol most people tend to stop when they get FULL though.
And my cookies don't have yeast o.0 Bread does....Though I've eaten bread dough too, I don't discriminate.

I RAN on an incline ^.^ didn't even realize it until my 2 km.
BUT! It was my long /slow jog day today so I stuck with it all the way to 5!
Woot.
I need a snack >.>....

Yep!
I always drink my milk and have a babybel/ yogurt after a run, though I also ate corn pops that particular time around. Cause I was hungry. o.0

Sometimes if I'm still thirsty, after I finish off my water bottle and my milk, I have a bit of pop. ninja
But it's usually been an hour or so after my run by that time. It's not what I rehydrate with :/
Sometimes if I'm lucky I have a gatorade! Or is it powerade?? o.e I can never remember.
