Sure...some of them are spammers...but you can't always look in the head of people even if you check their background.

think everthing is his fault? if i do recall, this is the first time ive ever blamed or thought something to be jimmys fault, you can talk all you like, i have my own reasons to blame jimmy, and no i dont hate jimmy.nor have anything against him, i just think he needs to do a dammed better job. from here on if you argue itll be one way as ill be ignoring your every word, for this will lead no were.

Dark, I think it's a little harsh to put all the blame on Jimmy. If anything, all of us as mods have failed you. I know I myself am not as active as I know I should be, and several other mods that have been around as long as Jimmy do even less then he does (hell, a lot are gone altogether).
EDIT: Not to say that he doesn't do a lot.
I think one of the reasons is because we (or at least, I haven't seen us do this) don't go out searching for good members like we used to. I for one didn't come to this guild, I was 'hand picked' by O N Y X (and even then I avoided the guild for a few months). I believe that a large portion of those members that have hung around and been great contributors to the guild were those that were sought out (not saying that all the people who asked to join are bad at all). But as far as I can tell, we haven't been doing too much of that anymore (or not nearly enough).
Without the inflow of good members, the oldbies eventually getting responsibilities and projects in RL, and the inflow being...limited, I think it's only natural the state of the guild would be in decline.

I have to agree with Kai there. Though I don't know if any mods do that, I do know that a lot of people that contributed to the guild a lot were 'hand picked' as Kai put it, by O N Y X. I wouldn't have known about the guild. I know I've been a much more negative influence on the guild that a positive one, but I do think that a lot of the people invited to the guild by O N Y X and other mods are ones that contributed a lot. Now, most of them have moved on. I remeber people like Siani that used to be here a lot, but I haven't seen them in at least a year. A lot of members are just drifting away.

Just to note this: I never had anything really against you before. Until you did the "I'm leaving for personal reasons but I won't tell why, at least not till later when I feel I need more attention by complaining" shpeel. Also, when you promised people things and never actually did that said thing. You've just found ways to irritate me, is all. However, I don't go blaring around my dislike for people. Somewhat like you do. IMO; this guild is not dieing. People have lives, you know.
