Um, well. Please excuse any typos and whatnot, I'm not entirely sobre, but I will still try to be coherent.
My guy and I went out to a bar tonight (his friends from work invited us), so we went for drinks at someone's house, and then headed to the gay bar. I ran into some people that I work with, and we all were hanging out for a while.
Towards closing time, one guy about my age (who was quite intoxicated) was getting extremely friendly with this one guy he'd randomly met there at the bar. I was a little worried about his judgement, and offered to drive him home. Well, instead, he wanted us to drive him to this party, so he could spend more time with random-bar-guy. =x A whole bunch of big other guys showed up right after us for the "party". The "party" was a very quiet building in a sketchy part of town, but he wouldn't let us call him a cab or take him home.
I'm just really worried about him. He and I are about the same height and build (I'm a pretty small guy), and his judgment was really impaired. @_@ I tried to pull him into the car, but he flipped and told us to leave. I've left messages asking him to call me so I know he's alright, but I'm still freaking out, wondering if he's alright. @_@

Well, at this point, if it's a scenario that you sincerely believe will end in disaster, you use force and incapacitate or outright knock guy out. It's better to get in trouble for fighting then to feel guilty for not taking action for the rest of your life.
Of course, use any peaceful means first.

Yeah, that's why I'm freaking out. gonk But he really did want to, er, get with that one guy, and he's an adult. So...I don't know. If anything happens to him, I'm going to feel responsible. So I hope he's alright...
