Yes we do, but we don't care for them half as much as American movies make us believe you do.
It's really just a fancy party. No queens or kings or whatever (well, some school might, Canadia is big afterall, but not mine nor any that I know of).
We don't have homecomming tho. I never understood what that was about o-o

Eh well... looks like I'm officially phoneless for a while. It wouldn't really bother me so much if I didn't actually use it for what it's supposed to be. I hate talking on the phone so I only use it to call my mom to tell her where I am at. So yeah... Look at any other floozy hooked texting and through the internet on her phone in class and she doesn't get it stolen/lost .x.
Proms... ah the over hyped party. We have those over here as well. But it's more effed up than how Americans handle them. Schools over here treat it like the entrance to heaven or something. My friends have been talking about prom dresses since October x.x I know it's going to be awful but that's because of the people organizing and the godawful grinding music they'll put with a band... so ech. I don't have anybody to go with but that's really expected from me XD

@Lone, ah, i have been enlightened. Shiiit, i don't even understand the purpose of homecoming, lol. Just all the alumni coming and stuff, but I don't get the point of a dance for it. Yeahh, idk. it's more cuz we're seniors and feel we NEED to be there than that we're all about all of the other stuff.
@Fanta, where are you from? O.o

Seriously XD I'm all for island beauty, but the people suck =P Puerto ricans live to party, hence why prom and jr. prom are such a big deal.
I love to bash my kind tho XD Only place where a guy asks to be viewed in the funeral as he was alive... sitting on a motorcycle. Then we cover it via news and it becomes outrageous XD
