'Sure we will Zahara." Giving a nod. "You'll have to carry me Galesen." Because she was wholly ready to admit that she couldn't walk. But she herself considered it an admirable amount of strength she was showing by just being up and out of bed. A smile and she returned to her breakfast, munching on fruit. "No pit stop. We technically won't be going up to the surface. We'll planes travel on Zephyrs, so we'll already be land bound when we get there. You taking Brahnel?" Turning her eyes to Lark. "Of course I'll talk to him. I'll make sure to remind him that I would take good care of you."

Again with the emphasising. "I would prefer going home today...if it's the same items that I know you want brough back, I'll head up to your room after breakfast and go about tranlocating things back." Depending on where magic lessons fell into this...Sevilin wasn't quite ready to let his son go unsupervised personally by his won parent in that endeavor yet. Turning red eyes to his son's purple ones. "Do you want to help?"

Arthur nodded lightly towards Zahara and turned back to the other elves who were in the conversation, he didn't mind getting things for the people he knew of, if they were there and if it was ready he would just find her and give her the cloak it was simple as that "Of course I'll carry you, I don't want you to crawl now because that would be weird and just harsh on you.. Though when little Lark went on about the pit stop he blinked and shook his head. "That's not what I meant...it's a human term I completely forgot about..." It seemed that Arthur was still speaking like a human, but that doesn't mean he's not trying to be more like an elf. Though he chuckled a little when Lark kept on asking if she could go with them. "We'll see about it" He said and looked at the blue ear tipped elf with a grin. "Yeah why not? I bet he would love to be up there as much as I would be...I just hope he could get use to Andal faster than me." Yeah Arthur was still a bit paranoid about his steed, he loved his horse and didn't want to see anything happen to it.

If he had asked the child if he wanted a cookie he couldn't have gotten a better reaction. "Can I? Then yes!" He got to help move Mommy's stuff? That was exciting especially since Daddy just did a quick rune thingy and poof all of it was zipped across the Underdark and plopped right back in their house. It was the neatest thing in the world. "As long as we're on time for lessons Daddy. We can't be late for those."

Zahara nodded, "That's fine with me. I haven't added anything to my collection recently just be careful with my potions stuff." She finished up her omelette and picked up her plate, carrying it into the kitchen then returned with a piece of parchment and a quill where she began making a shopping list. She had no doubt that all of her spices and special ingredients were the same way they had been when she'd left. Sevilin didnt' do fancy cooking. And she had to get things for a steak anyway. Hmm...better keep the lists seperate. The stuff for Piper she was submitting to Malik for reimbursement. Thus she pulled out another list and began to write. "How are we on cookie ingredients Kariel? Do you remember?"

Did he remember? Of course he did. "We've got enough sugar to make a few more batches and none of that oily stuff you always drop in there. We need chocolate chips too. And milk. Daddy went to drink it last time and he spit it all out so there's something wrong with it."

She glanced at Sevilin and chuckled then nodded. Milk had gone sour on them. That was nice. "So we have no milk, we need vanilla and some more sugar just in case. Eggs?"

"We have milk Mommy, Daddy put it back in the fridge." He thought about the eggs and then shook his head. "We've got a big thing of those. Don't forget chocolate chips. And peanut butter. And crackers."

"He did, did he?" Note to self. Get rid of the milk. "Okay." Back to her list writing it all down. "Anything else?"

"Chicken nuggets and hot dogs. Can you make cinnamon rolls again?"

"We'll see." Thus writing down the child's favorite foods. "Alright. If you're helping your father, I suppose you'd rather do that than come with me?"

He glanced between his parents uncertain for a moment. "Well.." He didn't have to choose did he...? But then moving things with runes was so much more fun than shopping....but spending time with Mommy...but Daddy...

Lharika piped up. "Thanks Isle." Then a look at Zahara. "I want to come. Can I?"

"Sure Lharika, just let Kieran know." She was a bit taken aback that the child wanted to come but she wasn't going to ask. Then a look to her son, "Right. Help your father Zykariel. There will be other times you can come with me if you want to. Shopping is a neverending thing after all." Poor child had looked just about lost there for a second. "Besides, you have magic lessons and I don't know how long I'm going to be gone." She wrote down a few more things and then glanced at Sevilin. "Anything you need or wish to eat?"

"Right, what a wonderful thing to know." But she gave a not to Galesen, leaning back in her chair some, though that really really hurt actually. "He'll be fine. Zephyrs aren't normal horses after all, they don't have to worry about that sort of thing." Back to her fruit again and looking to Lharika. "You have to be good, and don't eat or touch anything...and as Kieran of course."

Hm, he felt left out of the conversation. Though a frown when his little milk fiasco got let out. That's what he got from drinking stright from the container. And yes he had put it back but only so it being at room temperature wouldn't make it go ever worse and he wasn't going to pour it down his sink. He intended to take care of it when he got back but getting the hell beat out of himself had interrupted that.

He was about to tell the child to go on with Zahara, but it seemed Zahara beat him to the punch and told the child to stay. She did make a good point though, so he didn't say anything more on it. Though he did look back to her at her question. "No." Then again that was always his answer to that question.

Arthur nodded to the elf and smiled, at least Brahnel will do fine while up there. "Well thanks that's good to know." A major thanks it save the elf from some worrying that he may have been doing. So he went back to eating and was done in no time, then he turned to the elf and noticed that she was done as well so he got up, told her that they were going to go and when she was ready he picked her up in his arms. So after giving everyone who was thier some goodbyes they headed off down to the tailors, once they got there Arthur knocked on the door and the tailor opened with a small smile. "Hey I'm here to get some cloths done...my friend here is to help out if you don't mind." So with a small nod they walked in, and of course the elf set Isle down in a chair carefully, he didn't want to drop her of course.

The tailor merely glanced up from the fabric he was looking over and raised an eyebrow. "Do just come in." He returned to his task a moment later waving for silence while he finished the count then glanced up. "Sorry. What can I do for you?" A nod to Isle.

But Zykariel was crestfallen. "You're not goign to watch me at lessons today Mommy?"

Man of few words though she'd always known that about him. Her gaze moved to Zykariel who looked rather upset. "Well...I can if you want me too but Kariel, I have to get this shopping done for Piper. So how about as soon as I get back, I"ll watch and if I don't make it in time you can give me a private lesson on what you learned later. Will that work?"

He mulled it over for a moment and then nodded. "I guess. Then a look at Daddy. "You're going to be there, right?" Finishing up his breakfast and hten slipping down and walking over to him. He needed to get dressed so he tugged on his father's hand.

Zahara breathed out a sigh of relief. She'd thought for a moment they were going to have a tantrum. Thankfully the child had been willing to compromise becasue Malik was not goign to be a happy elf if Piper had to leave and she didn't have this done. "I'll do the shopping as quick as I can. Come on Lark, we need to make sure it's okay with Kieran." Thus taking the child's hand, ruffling her own son's hair and rolling up her lists, she headed downstairs.

"Daddy Kieran!" SHe paused when she realized that he was fighting Piper and clung tightly to Zahara's hand. "Why are they fighting?"

"They're training little one. Piper needs someone to fight against and your father won't hurt her while she practices the way one of Malik's people might. We'll just wait for a moment until they notice us and go from there, okay?"

She merely gave a wave to those in the room and then let Galesen carry her off to the tailor, making hserself comfortable in the chair when they were there and waited for the tailor's attention which was granted once he finished whatever it was he was doing. "Well, Zahara wanted us to pick up her cloak and we would like to get something elvish in look made for Galesen here."

"Yes I'll be there to watch." Getting himself up as Zykariel tugged at him. Letting the child then drag him where he may want to...besides he needed to get teh child dressed and such and clean up something or other...he was getting twitchy from not cleaning.

"Ha! What was that about not letting such things distract us?" Said with a chuckle as she managed a hit on Kieran in his distraction to Lharika's voice that left an opening and the older elf was now in the dirt with a sword to his throat. Her and Kieran both were starting to look battle worn.

Kieran merely gave a chuckle and brushed her sword away casually, sitting himself up with another chuckle. "I am duely remninded of my own words. Good show though, you took the advantage of the situation." But a look over to the little elf, sheathing his sword on his back for the moment. "What are you doing down here Lark?"

Arthur nodded to the tailor and smiled a little when Isle went on to tell the man what they were her for. "Yes the cloak, she said you were trying out something different so she asked if we could pick it up for her." Well whenever the man wanted to give it to them they will gladly accept it. Though another nod to Isle and he turned back to the man with a small smile. "Well I'm here for some new cloths, elvish like Isle here said; the reason is because I'm heading for the surface soon and some new cloths will look good. But I was wondering if you can have them done in a day?" A small smile to the tailor, he hoped he wasn't asking for too much really, he didn't like that. "But as for price wise if there's anything you want for your time I be glad to give it to you."

"A day can be done depending on what you want. Too much and I can only try." The tailor nodded and crossed his arms, gazing at the mentioned Galesen for a moment. He was curious as to why he felt his clothes weren't good enough for Andal but he knew better than to voice such a question. "Alright." His face creased into a smile and he walked over and pulled a wrapped package off a shelf. "This is for Zahara. Tell her I want her to model for me soon. I have an idea for something that would look wonderful on her. Now then...you...come here." He didn't wait, just pulled Galesen to the middle of the room and whipped out his measuring tape. "Elvish. Yes, vests will not do. Tunic or not, no half. Take it off." A glance over at Isle and he smiled. "Did you have anything in mind for your gentleman Lady Rainsong?"

Zykariel grinned, racing upstairs and pulled on a fresh pair of clothes in record time. His bed was made haphazardly but made nonetheless, Rawr sitting at attention on top. Boots on the wrong feet, tied quickly and he jumped up. "Okay Daddy! Let's move Mommy's stuff!"

Lharika's eyes widened and she would have gone running had Zahara not held tightly to her hand. "Daddy Kieran!"

Zahara refused to let go and pet through her hair, getting down to the child's level. "She didn't hurt him little one. They're just playing." She gave a smile to Kieran. "Lharika would like to come shopping with me if that's alright with you Kieran." Nudging the child forward and standing back up.

Lark ran into the arena and threw herself at his leg hugging him tightly. "Be careful Daddy Kieran. Swords are sharp and they can hurt." Forever paranoid about something happening to him. "Can I go with Zahara? Please? I promise not to eat or touch anything."

A look to Galesen, to interpert tailor talk as she took hold of the picture. "Strip to your waist Galesen." Setting the package in his lap and turning her eyes back to the tailor, yes she had already made nice nice friends with him. "Well, I was thinking more of a noble cut and design for him, form fitting. A long sleeve or two and then some short looser tunics as well. A nice surcoat and a short cape perhaps. Fitted pants, not overly baggy. Maybe some new boots or two. I want to keep his colors muted some...deep blues and greens, maybe a red or two. But not dark you know."

He picked up the child and set him on the bed, untied his boots then switched them to the right feet and tied them back up, smoothed out wrinkles adn such then set him back to the floor. "Alright come on." Taking him by the hand and to Zahara's room. "Okay, first we need to get all of her clothes together. You start with the dresser, I'll do the closet."

Kieran patted the child's hair and then stood himself up, detaching her from his leg before crouchign back down to her level. "Want to go shopping do you? I suppose that would be okay but you have to behave yourself, the Depths are not a nice place sometimes. Very dangerous." Reaching over and grabbing Pipe by the ankle, pulling and making her fall to the ground. "Off your guard."

She shook her head and pushed herself up from the dirt, grabbing her sword. "I thought we were on pause." But a look between Kieran and Lharika. "Why dont' you take her to the sidelines and talk to her. I'll train aainst some more tier'dal and such...you're too easy on me."

He shrugged. "As you wish." Thus taking Lharika's hand and leading her from the arena and back over to Zahara. "You have to keep an eye on her closely, she scared a bit easy."

Arthur shrugged lightly and nodded. "Well do as best as you can, that's all I can ask." Well he didn't want to force the man to go into overdrive because of him so he would let the man take his time, for now. Though before he could say another word he was pulled into the middle of the room and was given his orders from the man, to which Isle went out of her way to also tell him what to do. "Well alright then..." He said and in a moment or so he was bare to his waist, he wasn't going to complain about it after all, all he wanted was to get some new cloths. But he had to raise his eyebrow when he was called Isle's gentleman, but again he let it slide, nothing big to worry about really. So he waited as Isle went through what she thought was an ideal look for him, and of course his eyebrow popped up again before he chuckled. "I never knew that you would want me to look so much like a noble, but I trust in what you are asking for Isle." Well he did, he just hoped this would look good on him, he liked dark cloths but she was heading towards something lighter, oh well all he had to do was stand there anyway; might as well make the best of it.

((Forgive the lateness of my reply, been a tad busy this week))

As Kora turned to put the brushes away, she accidentaly shived one particularly stiff brustled brush striaght up Kafele's nostral. The dragon, who had been ahving a good time up until now, roared and threw her head back. Pain shot through her nasle caveity like the fire spewing from her mouth. She reared on her hind liegs, brining the front ones crashing to ground, knocking Kora to the ground and pinning her there.

Kalam, who was watching of course, threw the rest of his body over the stable door and landed with a thump on one knee. Ouch, that kinda hurt. He wasn't the acrobatic kind...well okay. He was, but he didn't really want to be. He ran to Kora, getting down to her level. "Kora! Kora! Do you want to go make a sandwhich?"

Laudi smiled, laughed, and tucked herself down behind Aella. The girl was showered with those little shards that were meant for her, and the elf-girl was now between herself and Onyx. "Oh, you're such a gallent little knight. Don't mind of I use your girlfreind as a meat sheild, do you?"

One or two of the shards pierced her arms and shoulder, and the wind was knocked out of her as all three of them went tumbling to the ground. She coughed. "Onyx!"

The tailor nodded. "Right. Muted colors, much like Lady Val'Ril requests for her gentleman." He whipped out his tape measure and pushed his arms so they were straight up in the air then began measuring. "Keep those up." He continued listening and then tapped a finger against his lips. "Noble is good. Tighter pants, undershirt and sleeveless tunic, yes? Long boots or short boots. Darker I am thinking to offset the color." He paused for a moment and walked over to the bolts of cloth then set a few greens and blues aside. "How many outfits are we thinking?" A glance at Galesen for all his answers. He had to wear the clothes after all.

Zykariel was chomping at the bit to start but Daddy wanted him to look perfect. He ran a brush through his hair while his shoes were fixed and then toddled along beside him. "Okay, because I can't reach the closet." And Mommy had approved this so it was okay. Thus over to the last drawer and pulling it open and reaching in to pull out Zykariel sized piles of clothes, then stacking those on the bed. "She doesn't have a whole lot in here Daddy..."

Lark nodded. "I promise."

Zahara nodded. "Of course." She had a pretty good idea of that fact before it was confirmed by Kieran. "She'll be safe with me." Lifting the child up, she was older than Zykariel but weighed no more than he did, she headed back upstairs and set her down. We're going to take my nightmare to make things easy. Come on, little one."
PostPosted: Sun Jan 28, 2007 5:57 pm

"What? All elves are nobel Galesen. You have to have your fancy attire and your casual attire, but you always look clean cut and your best. Even the casual style that Piper and I wear are considered acceptable and half noble." Turning her attention back over to the tailor. "Yes, like Zahara asks for Sevilin...those dark tones without them being black. Rich if you would." Tilting her head in thought. "All his leathers should stay black, don't want it to match his hair." And a nod to other things...after all undershirt with a sleeveless tunic solved the no best problem appropriately provided that he was feeling a loss of the vest fun. But she left the other questions to him, after all it was his body and he knew what was comfortable on it.

He was meanwhile, pulling down and folding outfits from her closet...it made sense that she hung up her skirts and such...tops and gloves must be in the drawers. And he grabbed a random pair of boots and such as he put things on the bed as well. "Because she hangs up a lot of her clothes unlike you who folds everything into drawers. When you're done with that, you can go get her books or the rest of her boots."

Malik took his son down for breakfast, letting his son get what he wanted and however much he wanted, right now busy in his own thoughts about certain things that needed done with his books after last night's going over. but that wasn't an overly big deal to him right now, more important was Piper in the arena with whomever.

"Morning."

That was what he siad to those present in the kitchen, while he got himself something to drink and took a seat, running his hand over his face. note to self...make the chair in teh study more comfortable.

Onyx tumbled down with the rest of them, but used the time to grab Aella, and half toss, half shove her back away from himself and the winged woman.

"Get help!"

before getting himself up and going right after the woman.

"You are a right b***h, you know that?"
