Shadow jokingly rolled his eyes at Aurora, "Well what would you expect. I'm use to fighting two-ten people at once. I suck at one on one combat, unless I can through down my sword and just bite your head off like I did with Marquis." Shadow said half joking.
He then looked to Maxine, her offer of a rematch was tempting but he didn't feel up to it tonight. "Not tonight, my pride still hurts from our last one." Shdow joked a little "Besides it would be unfair if I took you up when you haven't handled a sword before. I can give you one that is very well balanced."

aurora looked at shadow funny "bite my head off!... you never do that to me.... would you?" she said scared a bit and laugh a bit "nnaa you would not..... i hope not" she though to herself

Bio: An ex-Pack Alpha of a lesser known group of werewolves who survived in a wealthy state in a small town, living among humans and his own kind, showing no evidence of his lycancy to the humans. However, word got around Lycans that his pack were claiming territory and becoming hostile, beginning to attempt a civil war to claim as much territory as they could. His pack was attacked during the night, and he was forced to flee whilst his comrades were slain in ill blood. With no-where else to go, and no wish to engadge in any dispute, he begun to search for a new home when he caught wind of a mansion accepting new residents of all kinds. With nothing left, he made his journey towards Taline Manor, knowing little about the place, and tried his luck at finding somewhere to stay.
Appearance: A 23 year old, muscular male with smart, hazel coloured hair and green eyes which have a depth of colour. The only thing that gives his age away is the weariness of under his eyes, which show the years of toil, care and problems he has had during his life. He wears a long, brown jacket with a unlabelled red shirt underneath, and blue jeans with black shoes. He hides a shortsword behind him, under his jacket for any time he may need it, but shows no sign of keeping it with him.
Wolf Form: Unlike most werewolves, when he transforms he ends up becoming an ordinary wolf in appearance, with hazel coloured fur. His skin toughens up so he can take more damage, and is capable of higher speeds than his human form.
Special Abilities: He has taught himself bowmanship and marksmanship, and is an adequite swordsman. He is also able to partially transform his body into his wolf form at any time. He is telepathic to other Lycans that he knows.
Other Information: He wears light amounts of cologne to cover his scent, so that nobody can find out he is a werewolf. He is extremely loyal to his friends as loyalty runs in the blood.

Carlos stood outside the doors of Taline Manor, looking around at the building and taking in the magnificance of the place. The craftsmanship, elegent yet gothical, had stood out to him as he had made his way up to the door. But what would he say and do? It was awkward for a man, let alone a lycan, to walk up to a strangers door and ask for residence. However, there was no point turning back now, and nowhere to go even if he had.
He breathed in, tasting the air as it passed his mouth and slipped down into his lungs, the slight smell of cologne stabbing at his throat forcing him to cough afterwards. Knowing as little about greetings as he did humans, not that he would say so, he felt extremely nervous. Raising his hand slowly to the door, he thought about turning and fleeing. Whatever happened could be dangerous, but there was nowhere to go to.
Knocking on the door as loudly as he could, he stood still, breathing as hastily as his nerves allowed, and awaited someone to answer the door.

"Ofcourse I wouldn't bite your head off. How could I do that too you? It is only bad peole that get to suffer that fate." Shadow said to Aurora. He never ment for Aurora to take him seriously.
Shadow nodded a little, "Good, good. Would you prefer a great, long, short or rapier?" Shadow said to Maxine, he had a massive collection of simple blades as well as special ones that he had locked away.

aurora smiled and glad that he said that "good i would be scared if you did " she said smiling at she heard the doorbell at the door "i be right back.... you two just go on" she said smiling hoping that shadow would be okie with maxine. Aurora walked to the door and open it and seen a person at the door "hello may i help you" she said with a smile

Stiffened by the easy reply given to him, he quickly risked one final check of his appearance and smell. He couldn't find any traces of his lineage on himself, which helped to relax him for the conversation.
"Uhh, yeah, hiya..." Carlos stuttered, struggling to form words. Perhaps he wasn't as relaxed as he thought. "I, uhh, heard that this place was... offering residency to all kinds of people. I was wondering if there is still room for one more..." Carlos nervously stared towards his shoes, half understanding himself what he was saying. "Oh! Excuse me, I didn't introduce myself, my name is Carlos Naito."
Pulling his hand from his side, he swished his jacket as he moved his hand out to shake the womans hand.

Shadow smiled and thought for a moment as he put an arm around Maxine. "Well, you are light on your feet so a short sword or a rapier would suit you better. A rapier is ment as an elegant dueling weapon though where as the short sword use to just be a symbol of wealth. One fo those two blades would suit you well. I am not sure what one though." He said to Maxine.

"Thank you, Aurora" Carlos replied, stiffening his posture to replace his pride. "I haven't brought anything with me, so I hope I won't be much of a burden to the rest of the residents here. You wouldn't mind helping me settle in though? I admit I feel alittle... uncomfortable, about walking into random strangers houses. Perhaps we could talk and get to know one-another better?"
In a nervous streak, Carlos once again found himself speaking before thinking, and only realised what he said after he had said it. Repeating it in his head, he realised it sounded alot like a pick-up line. 'Stupid! Now I've gone and done that in less than a minute, damn it!' He thought to himself, moving his arm behind his back and tugging slightly painfully to remove his mind from it.

Shadow nodded, she made a good choice out of the two. "Very well, I'll pick you a rapier from my collection of blades or would you prefer to choose it yourself. They all have differant patters on them and the like."

aurora looked at him funny and remember myself that i didnt really have nothing when i frist came here "not at all i like helping the new people that comes here, plz come in but as i say welcome home" she said letting him in the house "i know what your thinking a big place i got lost in the house like two or three times" she said laughing a bit "well if you like i can see if i can find you a room" she walk slow trying to remember what room would be good for him " sorry i just came back home yesterday its a bit hard for me to find a room" she said as she looking at a book to see if there any rooms for Carlos "aa there one room open for you" she said to Carlos
