He said to himself as he walked towards the stage.

Other Light by Finger Eleven started playing throughout the arena then after a while Eric Ryder walked out onto the stage. He looked at all of the fans who were quiet some booing others slightly cheering but not much. Eric walked down to the ring wearing some plain black jeans, a black tee shirt, and black and white tennis shoes. After he climb through the ropes he waited a second for a microphone.

After Eric got the microphone he walked around the ring a bit then took a breath and spoke.
"Look...I know I'm the newest one here and I noticed that everyone has been so nice to me but I feel....I feel like I have something to prove to you fans. Thats why I'm gonna send out the Ryder's Rookie Challenge. I'll take on anyone who comes from that backstage right here right now in this ring. To make it a little interesting I'm gonna make them tap out to the Tick Tock Lock...if they beat me then I'll be their towel boy for a week...so what do you people say to that?"
They were cheering more but still a little quiet.
