Seph nodded grabbing Itaka instinctively with her tail not having expected any interaction. "Its not toxic to most demons as such but it can cause mutations in high enough dosages like growing extra limbs and such. So at least you don't tend to have that problem. But as much as I am liking the cuddling I am starting to get a bit on the hungry side" she admitted attemtpting to stretch her wings again.
Alpha shrugged unconvinced "Well I can always take them to Yithra first no problem. I mean the Amane's forest is even on the same continent so its not going out of my way much.Though I wouldn't make a habbit of hanging around in my normal form while there since they dont seem to like fire demons much " he quietly complained.
"Well thats because fire in a forest is potentially lethal to the trees, it's nothing personal Alpha" Hebal explained having listened to his mumbling. "I'm just happy so long as everyones happy" she grinned getting up to raid the cupboard. "For now though I want to open presents and try more ofthe circus things"
Amane laughed amused to see her mum just as excited as herself "Was there nothing you liked when growing up as a lord? Did you have ponies and unicorns and a nice fancy crown to go with?" she asked already having guessed Zadina wouldnt have been a big fan of the clothes and gatherings"

Felina laughed shaking her head "Probably not. Based on the guardians I met, I think it must have been Atiai that was in charge of navigation. Kinda makes sense a roaming viera would know the land well. Either him or Elm'iso. Angels I'm sure were very knowledgable back in those days as well" she guessed putting the map away "I think its not one too far into the forest outpost 3 but Im sure Satoshi can pull away from Gil a couple of hours or so every once in a while" she added optimistically heading down the stairs.

Oassu nodded "Wonder if the Angel was with Kimino's clan, can't imagine there's so many that they can just go around willy nilly. Perhaps the clan had an interest in seeing the future king of elves wise up a little" he said not particularly blaming them "Still maybe we'll get some good training then." he shrugged placing Cid on his shoulder.
Itaka chuckled "sounds pretty bad and I'm sure we would, after all my arm is pretty messed up but fair enough I'm sure we can think of something for you to put in your mouth" he chuckled kissing her neck slightly as he stroked her tummy.
Zadina nodded "Yes I had a pony, I'm probably big enough for a horse now though we have some stables for horses though but it was really busy though it was nice visiting my cousins in the great palace" he said happily waving to Hebal "Good Morning Miss Hebal, Happy Dragon Festival" he said.

Seph raised her eyebrow surprised at Itaka's choice of words "well right now I'll eat just about anything thats in the house if that what you mean. But don't you go worrying yourself over your arm. I'm sure you've got a lot stronger in that arm thanks to the effects if you were to try a little weight training to see" she sighed happily.
Hebal grinned zooming around the room revealing a small sack she had been hiding behind her back "Hehe happy dragon festival toall of you... I even managed to get time to get you something last minute though wasn't sure what to get you" she added to Jeckhart giving wach member of the group a brightly wrapped gift each.
Amane gasped looking at her small present "Ooh that looks good but why tempt me to open it now while making breakfast" she complained a little but soon smiled seeing Alpha put his present down to take the frying pan off Amane. "And even so you are so lucky to have your own horse, I've always wanted to ride one or even just a chocobo ride"
"They'll be done in a second anyway open your present" Alpha chuckled spotting Merric on the couch poking the small gift left for him by Hebal. "Thank you for the present, I'll be getting yours shortly"

Felina stopped thinking if they were to meet with Corella this would be the most likely spot to bump into her "Well yes, she was and probably still is a member of Kimino's clan and apparently the pilgrimage changed dad a lot so I'm sure the were happy. A little bit of adventure I think can change anyone, speaking from my own experience"
Elsewhere a sleepy Satoshi tiptoed around and out her bedroom to check if Gil had woken up before her and to check out her clone's handiwork from the night before.

Oassu smiled "Hopefully your sister will agree after we've taken her exploring in the forest a little bit and met the centaurs" he said happily admiring a particularly valuable looking painting "Surprised she was so set on coming as she could have stayed an enjoyed the mountain of presents she's certain to get." he said
Gil slept on while a more alert Enkidu lifted his head from his paws upon seeing Satoshi and padding over to her with a little stretch to say good morning.
Itaka chuckled "Well I imagine it's probably a bit stronger after adjusting to the weight of the armour casing I need to wear on it now." he said shuffling his position a little bit more "I'm not quite so hungry yet though, perhaps I can work up an appetite" he said nuzzing Seph
Zadina gasped surprised at Hebal's speed "Well thank you very much Miss Hebal it's lovely" he said turning the long thin package over in his hands "Though we could always go for a ride if you like though would need to be a little one unless you are a natural with a horse" he said.
Jeckhart shook his head sitting by Merric "Don't worry about it Miss Hebal I don't really need much anyway" he said watching Merric kweh confused at his present debating whether or not to help him open it.

Hebal paused coming back to Zadina "Oh and this one is for you too but it would make more snese if you opened it after you opened the first gift" she explained before eventually getting herself an apple. "Well guys open your presents and then we can have a nice breakfast" she encouraged.
Amane paused struggling for a moment with ripping off the paper "Umm well... I've never been on a horse or any animal at that so I guess I could start with a pony or a little horse to start with and if lower down it wont hurt so much if I fall off" she conluded opening up the little box that was inside the paper "Ooh thanks mum... its so pretty and shiny and really cute" she grinned holding up a small glass heart shaped pendant from inside.
Alpha raised his eyebrow not having any clue as to what Hebal could have got Merric in such a short space of time but soon glanced at Amane's present while he put down an egg on each plate. "Thats breakfast served and that looks really nice Amane. Be sure to keep that somewhere safe"

Felina tilted her head following Oassu's gaze to the picture not thinking it was really his thing. "Dad hates that picture but it was a present from someone important but maybe she just didnt things through or got up earlier to open them or is going to be late from checking out her presents before meeting us" she suggested
"Hey, don't be rude! I am ready and waiting and whats more is that I managed to convince a couple of guards to escort us on horseback to our destination. I have been busy" Corella protested overhearing them on one of the stairways "This should be quite the interesting festival I think"
Satoshi smiled crouching down and petting Enkidu "Morning there, how about I see what I can find in this place that you can have for breakfast and we'll let Gil sleep a little longer" she whispered.

Oassu chuckled "Well understandable, it's worse roughly 2 million gil but wonder why he put it up if he hates it" he said shrugging before waving to Corella as she arrived "Hey there Princess happy Dragon Festival hope you slept well" he said bowing politely "Though are the guards or horses really necessary?" he asked a little uneasy about the thought of riding a horse for the first time.
Enkidu stretched and yawned bowing his head to allow Satoshi to pet him before idly following her around the building.
Zadina nodded turning the gift over in his hands before gently unwrapping the gift removing the long slender item within. "Oh it's a....a...." Zadina frowned a little confused by what it was "A piccolo? It looks a lot different than the ones I played growing up" he said looking at Amane's present "That necklace looks really pretty on you Amane" he complimented her before returning his attention to his present before playing a brief elven melody on it "Ah so it is a metal flute then!" he said happily "Thank you ever so much miss Hebal" he said.
Jeckhart pushed Merric gently away from the present before helping the little chocobo open it "Ah well what have we here little friend?" he said blinking in surprise as he raised a small tiny pirate hat from the box "Wow well....here's your present Merric" he said placing the hat in front of the little chocobo curious to see how he'd respond to such an alien present.

Hebal laughed shaking her head at Merric who nudged the hat curiously with his beak. "No no silly your meant to wear it like all the cool treasure hunters to" she explained strapping the hat to the confused chicobo. "Well I hope you like your gifts, I know yours is pretty yummy Jeckhart and the other present is a book to teach you some tunes" she explained to Zadina.
Alpha smiled unwrapping his present in an instant with his small but sharp claw. "Why... thanks. That will definately keep my insides happy after a good meal" he chuckled surprised to receive such an odd box consisting of various jars of spices.
Amane let out a small "ooh" looking at Zadina's present "Well that looks interesting though I never knew you could play an instrument" she told him examining the present herself before switching her attention to Merric "Aww now doesnt he look adorable in that hat" she squeaked.

Felina shook her head at Oassu "It was a present from a very important Ally, to just be rid of it would cause great offence and it was a challenge and a half forming an allience with the gria. If it were to mysteriously disappear in the middle of the night though dads not been so lucky" she joked before moving forward and hugging Corella. "Happy dragon festival, your present is upstairs in the sitting room if you haven't found it already"
Corella smiled returning the hug "I slept in so I haven't checked but I left your present there too and even something for Oassu" she replied hopping down the last few steps. "Don't worry about the guards escourting us. They are both very nice guys. One of them told me yesterday they already met Oassu when they went to Yithra with Ellie"

Oassu smirked thinking wit time he could probably arrange for the painting to disappear "Well that's a little weird to think that the an alliance depends on you keeping this painting here" he said scratching his chin "Still I'm sure it'll be fine but we'll be ok but lets go, don't want to keep Nares waiting" he said noting it was still dark outside.
Zadina giggled at Merric's little hat "Well thank you Miss Hebal that's real nice of you" he said happily "But yes it's part of your upbringing as a member of nobility I suppose, you are expected to be able to perform at least one kind of art" he said.
Jeckhart nodded watching Merric run around trying to see the hat "Well I'm sure he'll become a fine treasure hunter though I wonder how you got such a small hat?" he mused picking up Merric for a cuddle.

Hwbal sighed happily sitting down peeling away at her banana next "Well we just came from Kunec where all the tony gria people come from and I might have got a bit carried away with all the cute little cothes. Some were meant for Sophia but Im sure she can miss out on one or two bits and pieces to keep Merric happy"
Amane scratched her chin making a small note to request that Zadina play her something later on "Well its a nice last minute thing but so long as Sophia has a present. Though you know this thing is.... its not that bad. Kinda squishy and and odd flavour but I like it" she suddenly added following her first experience of trying an egg.
Alpha smirked "well may there be many more to come. These eggs came from Kunec too which means only the finest quality for the dragon festival. Believe it or not Seph can play an instrument too. Should try playing together sometime" he jokingly suggested knowing music wasnt one of Seph's favourite activities.

Felina rubbed her eyes having let go of her sister "Well that painting is more a symbol of friendship just like how this ring is a symbol of us being together so it wouldn't be right to just stuff it away and not take care of it" she tried to explain immediately spotting the three guards and horses they were meant to climb onto.
Corella meanwhile smiled and waved at the armed guards sitting on top of their horses ready and waiting for them "You worry too much. Miss Vistai won't be too mad if we're late but we have pleanty time to get there still. In the meantime, when was the last time you went on horseback Oassu"

Oassu scratched his head petting Cid "Well I can't really say I've ever ridden on horseback really, when it comes to transportation it's mostly just chocobos or on foot as far as I've seen" he said worried he would make a mistake trying to ride the horse as he spotted the large beasts pacing impatiently on the spot ahead of them.
Jeckhart nodded doubting the Chocobo would ever get used to the hat "So it's baby Gria clothing, that would explain it" he said feeding some greens to Merric once he had settled down.
Zadina nodded "Egg's aren't such a common delicacy in Yithra just not really commonly enjoyed among elves" he said "Still I'm sure little Sophia will love whatever little present you have gotten her" he said wondering if he would get an egg as well.
