Yeah. God. I found it incredible how little people know about our laws. I asked half the law class here at my college, and none of them knew about the Hearsay law here in AZ.
And exactly, Zeke. This should should people just how easy it is to get arrested for something you didn't even do. And trust me. I hate AZ alot.

Thats just plain retarded. A heresay law is virtually against the constitution of the US. Couldn't that fall into unfair trial?

Old people like it. People are ignorant of the law, and thus can't vote it out. And its a "fair" trial cause the hearsay law allows someone's words as "evidence". Thus, its technically fair.

I really don't know. We're the only state left, I believe, that has that law in place. All the others removed it from their laws because of how unjust it is.
