Sapphire looked at him and then looked at the window. "The snow..." She went to stand to only stumble, but ran on over to the window. "It's melting...It is turnning into spring and that means...no more winter...."

Ade nodded and began to read it. Kyra,
i'm glad you are ok but i'm still worried for you. i want to thank you for coming to my rescue yet again and for taking that dous of poison for me. i am in your debt. hope it isnt affecting you too badly. if there's anything i can do to help let me know. i wish you a speedy recovery.

Jarlaxle looked at her and stood up off the couch. He walked over to her and smiled at her, "Yes, the snow is going to be gone. It will be spring and then summer and then fall before there will be any more snow. Does the lack of snow make you weak?"

"The lack of Winter makes me weak. It does me, mom brother, mom and grand mother. we all get weak from it." she said softly. "And with mommy alrready weak enough with the baby and all...."

Kyra nodded. "She is. We're alot more alike than you'd think" she said. "She's not the brighest but she's kind-hearted all the same. She's alittle shy so she'll probably stick to the corners of the room or just her room when she gets here" she said. She hadn't noticed the kiss to her forehead. Though she should have. She coughed again. If only Cora were around to make an antidote... she thought desperately wishing her sister wasn't dead right now.

Kyra shook her head. "It's alright. i can fend off poison easy enough. i am a trained assasin after all" she said leaning her head against his shoulder. despite her calm tone, she was hurting inside. she had a headache and the poison was starting to take effect. but she wouldn't let anyone know. they'd sympathise with her and that was the last thing she wanted.

Jarlaxle sat down next to her and put his arm around her slightly, "How did you sleep?"

Alight blush reachd her cheeks. "I'm glad you remember me. It would've been terrible had you not remembered anyone" she said and closed her eyes. it was unmistakable that she was tired, but how tired. "You know. fighting takes alot of energy" she said with a quickly stifled yawn.
